I went there today for a sandwich. I walked in and the worker was sitting down. It took him a couple minutes just to get up and go behind the counter. He slowly put his gloves on and then kept trying to make eye contact with me as he did so. Thankfully my partner came in, because I felt so uncomfortable. He was very rude and kept giving us strange stares. I tried not to make eye contact with him. We won’t be back because that was the most awkward 10 minutes of my life. By the time he was done making my sandwich and ringing up my order my partners order from Little Caesars was already done. Terrible service!!!

Brian needs to be retrained or fired. I came in and said id like to order a footlong and he sighed and was giving me hard stares and bad looks. It was very bad.

Dolly has no customer service skills says manager didn't train but refuses to ask nasty store food all over floor as u walk in woman there couldnt even walk much less do anything so crazy.. 20 min to ring me up. Nasty I could see bugs on sink disgusting what happened to this place!! Where is manager district i will be posting my video.of store everywhere.

Very dirty, out of alot of food. There was only one sweet lady working and she was doing her best. There was a man there watching her work but he didnt help. He shouldn't helped or at least been cleaning. Won't be back.

I definitely understand that restaurants have holiday hours and I completely respect that. But to have a policy that the open sign must stay on as long as staff are their cleaning is absolutely ridiculous. Having the inside lights on after close while staff cleans is perfectly acceptable but keeping the open light on is just odd.
Service was very slow. One of the employees went to the back during a rush and the girl making my sandwich kept switching between me and the person behind me. when my sandwich was finished she made me stand and wait at the cash register for 5 minutes. I was not rude but the service here was pretty abysmal.

Don't bother coming here if you want anything that the corporate subway offers as a deal or coupons you might get. They don't honor any of it and Subway is way too expensive to not buy something when it's not discounted.

Mary is so rude to customers, and her co workers.
She literally argued with an elderly couple right in front of us about how they ordered their bread.
She has the worst attitude and blatantly yells at her co worker, who is clearly a young kid, and her foul language is despicable. Upper management needs to pay her a visit and set a new standard at this location.
The bathroom had the worst smell I’ve ever smelled in my life. I almost threw up when I walked in. The employee was really nice though. :)

I’ve ordered from this Subway four times in the last four weeks, but after today, I’m never coming back. My entire order was completely messed up, and when I asked for a refund, the employee said I couldn’t get one and gave me a manager’s number that doesn’t even ring. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. Stay far away from this location—they’ve lost me as a customer for life.”
