Service was very slow. One of the employees went to the back during a rush and the girl making my sandwich kept switching between me and the person behind me. when my sandwich was finished she made me stand and wait at the cash register for 5 minutes. I was not rude but the service here was pretty abysmal.
Don't bother coming here if you want anything that the corporate subway offers as a deal or coupons you might get. They don't honor any of it and Subway is way too expensive to not buy something when it's not discounted.

Mary is so rude to customers, and her co workers.
She literally argued with an elderly couple right in front of us about how they ordered their bread.
She has the worst attitude and blatantly yells at her co worker, who is clearly a young kid, and her foul language is despicable. Upper management needs to pay her a visit and set a new standard at this location.
The bathroom had the worst smell I’ve ever smelled in my life. I almost threw up when I walked in. The employee was really nice though. :)

I’ve ordered from this Subway four times in the last four weeks, but after today, I’m never coming back. My entire order was completely messed up, and when I asked for a refund, the employee said I couldn’t get one and gave me a manager’s number that doesn’t even ring. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. Stay far away from this location—they’ve lost me as a customer for life.”

I asked for shedded cheese on my pizza, but I was told by the workers that they can not add shedded cheese to our pizza, they say it’s against their policy! WOW!! I give this store a 0…also they are very slow! This really didn’t make sense to me…you can add other cheese but can’t add shredded cheese! Can someone explain why it can not be added? I didn’t get anything and I will not be back. Subway, why have items on you menu if the public can not order it…I am paying for it!

Nice place. But the $17 foot long, (boss plus extra cheese) is a crazy amount to pay for a sub… It’s over for me subway, this place gouged me, and now I won’t visit another one!!!

One of the worst subways I've ever been too. The directions from Google maps takes you behind the publix,tried to call to see exactly where they were, no one answered. Finally found the place walked in and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged.

Unfortunately the whole visit and quality of the food was a bust. To start I ordered a 6" veggie sub, the new foot long Pretzel Stick and the new foot long brownie. The pretzel were advertised for $3,5 dollars on TV. They're actually $3.99 & $5.99 The pretzel was tough.. The brownie was pretty good, but I would have never have paid $5.99 (6.00) for this brownie. Disappointed!
Honesty the bread was OLD. Even when I pulled off the toasted part, the bread underneath was tough. I won't be back Close to $20. What a waste.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Waited in their about 10 to 15 wasn’t greeted or anything only one person in front of us. One worker with the person in front then the other guy starts the online order then the other guy finally finishes with his person they he calls to see if his ride is coming instead of helping us. They when he gets off phone he goes and start helping the other guy with the online order instead of taking or order and that’s the time we just said forget it and walked out!

Put in a online order 20 mins ago and the 2 90yr old women making the sandwiches move like molasses. Then they started to make people's order that walked in the door before even getting mine done never been to a subway that has ever done business like this. Horrible experience. Hope management takes notice. We won't be back. Literally losing customers!
