Dolly has no customer service skills says manager didn't train but refuses to ask nasty store food all over floor as u walk in woman there couldnt even walk much less do anything so crazy.. 20 min to ring me up. Very dirty, out of alot of food. There was only one sweet lady working and she was doing her best. There was a man there watching her work but he didnt help. He shouldn't helped or at least been cleaning. Won't be back.

I definitely understand that restaurants have holiday hours and I completely respect that. But to have a policy that the open sign must stay on as long as staff are their cleaning is absolutely ridiculous. Having the inside lights on after close while staff cleans is perfectly acceptable but keeping the open light on is just odd.

Service was very slow. One of the employees went to the back during a rush and the girl making my sandwich kept switching between me and the person behind me. when my sandwich was finished she made me stand and wait at the cash register for 5 minutes. I was not rude but the service here was pretty abysmal.

Don't bother coming here if you want anything that the corporate subway offers as a deal or coupons you might get. They don't honor any of it and Subway is way too expensive to not buy something when it's not discounted.

Mary is so rude to customers, and her co workers. She literally argued with an elderly couple right in front of us about how they ordered their bread. She has the worst attitude and blatantly yells at her co worker, who is clearly a young kid, and her foul language is despicable. Upper management needs to pay her a visit and set a new standard at this location.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and they gave me tuna. Luckily I’m not allergic to fish. If I could Give 0 stars I would. I don’t know if they can’t read or they did it on purpose cause I ordered late. I also tipped. Yay.
I’ve ordered from this Subway four times in the last four weeks, but after today, I’m never coming back. My entire order was completely messed up, and when I asked for a refund, the employee said I couldn’t get one and gave me a manager’s number that doesn’t even ring. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. Stay far away from this location—they’ve lost me as a customer for life.”

I asked for shedded cheese on my pizza, but I was told by the workers that they can not add shedded cheese to our pizza, they say it’s against their policy! WOW!! I give this store a 0…also they are very slow! This really didn’t make sense to me…you can add other cheese but can’t add shredded cheese! Can someone explain why it can not be added? I didn’t get anything and I will not be back. Subway, why have items on you menu if the public can not order it…I am paying for it!

Nice place. But the $17 foot long, (boss plus extra cheese) is a crazy amount to pay for a sub… It’s over for me subway, this place gouged me, and now I won’t visit another one!!!
ONE 12 INCH SUB $17!!!!!!!!!!! Holy smokes!

One of the worst subways I've ever been too. The directions from Google maps takes you behind the publix,tried to call to see exactly where they were, no one answered. Finally found the place walked in and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged.
