This franchise had only ONE staff member tending to several customers, including a family of five. It took 30 minutes of standing in a line of that family and another group of two before I gave up and left. The employee looked as though she was about to have an anxiety attack. She was being forced to run around to take care of everything that should have been delegated to other employees, but there weren’t any others. Just that one poor young lady who was forced to tend to the needs of customers while juggling the other tasks associated with running a restaurant. I don’t give my business to any franchise that treats their employees this way. They should have shut down until other employees could be sourced from other stores. But now they have a PR problem because they forced one employee to tend to an entire restaurant during the lunch rush. I recommend not eating there. The wait time is insane and the one employee on staff today should not have been there, not because she was doing poorly, but because she was being severely overwhelmed by being there alone. I hope that she was able to get through this mess. Please, miss, don’t continue to work for a franchisee who can’t even be bothered to advertise for more employees at his store.

Went there today to get some food and the girl with braids was so rude and had the personality of Squidward. She must hate her job. She was rude and just made my experience there very unpleasant. I will stick to the one by Wendy's from now on. Wish I could give a lower rating.

Never got to order food. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the young man was flirting with a young blonde customer. Then he started doing online orders before talking to any of the 5 persons in front of him. He began to speak out loud about how long it was going to be, so my family and another couple decided to dine elsewhere.

Dub Stuff

They just need to hire more people. There was 10 people in front of me and only 1 person working. The guy working was awesome but the subway company really sets there employees up for failure.

On 3/3/25 I ordered a sub via the app. I set the sub to be ready at 6:35 as I didn’t get off work until 6:30. I picked up the sandwich and got home. I live only a few minutes away. The meat on the sandwich was ice cold. I called the store and spoke with the rudest employee who basically stated there wasn’t anything she could do. She actually told me to bring the sandwich in to warm it up. Even if the sandwich was made too early and sat for 20 minutes there’s no reason the meat should be ice cold. Won’t use this location again.

Waited for over 45 mins for an order that was placed an hour ago. Employee kept complaining the whole time. Terrible service.

There are cockroaches crawling all over the food. I use to work there. The roaches crawl on everything you eat we had to fish them out of the meatballs, swipe them away before any customer saw them, they never had pest control nothing. That place is absolutely infested. The company also pays off the inspector so they don’t get closed down.

While standing in line I saw a roach crawl across counter . Needless to say we left , never to return . Would like to think the place is cleaner than that , but if bugs are out in the open in broad daylight it makes you wonder .

The first thing we noticed when we picked up our mobile order was that the sandwhiches weren't wrapped separately, like requested in the special instructions. The sandwhiches also weren't completely wrapped. When my brother asked her to rewrap the them, she refused because we had already touched the bag. When we got to work and opened our sandwhiches, my brother's was very messy with ranch soaking through the wrapper onto his work clothes. Mine hadn't been toasted, had 3 very small tomatoes and regular mustard instead of honey mustard. I did try eating it, but there was too much mustard on it for me to eat since I can't stand regular mustard. I have worked in fast food before and therefore feel I have more patience than most because I realize mistakes happen, but this was just laziness. I have never written a bad review, but I am now at work with nothing to eat, so I felt a review was in order.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this Subway restaurant today. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and when I asked about it, the staff insisted that it was made correctly despite it being wrong. To make matters worse, they left off a sauce that I had clearly ordered. The attitudes of both employees I interacted with were extremely unfriendly and confrontational. Even when I pointed out on my printed receipt that I had ordered cheese sauce, one of the employees rudely insisted that I hadn’t. It will take me a while to revisit another Subway.

This Subway has the laziest workers I’ve ever seen. We walked in and all three staff were sitting in the dining area on their phones. One of them got up to help my parents and me while the other two remained on their phones. Once we got up to order, the vegetables looked terrible. The worker scraped the bottom of the bucket to get my Mom’s lettuce and it was brown. We ended up eating our food. Fingers crossed we don’t get food poisoning.
