I haven’t been to this location in over a year, it’s just awful, but my husband picked food up on his way home and what he brought home was a joke. My cheesy been and rice burrito was a thin layer of beans, no cheese, no rice, just tortilla and bean. The chalupa was so hard it couldn’t even be pulled apart to see what was inside. This was the Discovery Luxe Box and the only thing edible was the chips with cheese, something they don’t have to prepare. I’m not sure how this location even stays in business.

Everytime I get a taco that looks like this, it is made by the lady who is the night manager. It has happened at least 3 times now over a fairly short period. She doesn't have a pleasant attitude. I am tired of receiving food made like this, and I will request a refund each and every time it happens from now on. It is such a waste of my time, energy and money! Your nightime manager is going to ruin your restaurant, don't be surprised if your store starts losing a lot of revenue, it's her who makes these crappy, half filled food items and gets an attitude when you tell her you're not happy with the product. By the rest of these reviews posted, it's time to wake up Taco Bell and make that change in management.

If you like waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru, come here. And it’s every night…..EVERY NIGHT. Go to the Taco Bell on Mountain View. So much faster.

I was in the drive-through ordering my food I asked 3 bean BurriTos when I went to the window The lady asked For my money I gave it to her Then she gave me the food When I opened it there were no napkins I asked for napkins She went and Got them and rudley gave them to me When I left I checked my Burritos And they were frozen solid I could Use them as a hammer at construction I went back To ask for a refund And they told me to call the main manager for a refund.

The order taker did not understand my order. To be fair I got confused, not seeing the No.1. I tried to order a. No 8 with regular shells. I asked for fire sauce and a med frozen Mountain Dew. I got the No. 1, no sauce, a regular large Mountain Dew. She looked put out with me and it was her mistake. I looked in the bag and said “I asked for Fire Sauce.” She sighed loudly and handed me 5. There were no other customers, no pressure and she acted bothered that I existed. Her job is not just to listen but interpret what I have said without an attitude. One of my tacos had no sour cream, one had mouthfuls of sour cream and two tiny pieces of tomato. I got home and added grated sharp cheddar and chunky salsa. The reason I filled this out is because of the persons exaggerated behavior that should never happen!

I love this tacobell. I wish they were a little faster on the inside when you go to choose your sit down but I mainly just go through the drive through and it’s super fast and I love it. Food is great as well and if they mess up your order they will always re-make your order the right way in 1-2 minutes
