I was confused why they built another taco bell so close, but now I know why. this one is gross. the food is always sloppy and they will get your order wrong 9/10 times

Crazy that staff can't follow simple instructions..... hot sauces rarely ever included in order and it's always on the order/receipt.... incredibly frustrating especially when you've driven 15 minutes away. This has gone on for the past several years. Store owner obviously doesn't care given this locations low rating. 😔

If I could give a negative star, I would. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and my friend so graciously ordered $33 worth of Taco Bell for me and my soon to be family and when we arrived to the establishment they essentially told us they gave our order away already and that we couldn’t get our order and needed to contact corporate. As if we were at fault for their mistake. Regardless of the transactional cost of this circumstance, the physical efforts and lack of respect we were shown is unbelievable. We weren’t offered to place another order and the general attitude of the company was neglectful and irresponsible. The worker tried to blame DoorDash for our pick up order but our order was placed directly with Taco Bell and instead of admitting their fault, they turned us away leaving us hungry and upset for the horrid customer service experience.

I stopped by this Taco Bell and unfortunately did not have a great experience. While the lobby was a mess, I was willing to overlook that since it appeared to be busy. However, the staff was unfriendly.

I ordered the new Nacho Fry Bowl without pico, but it was made incorrectly. When I approached the counter to have it remade, it took a while just to even be acknowledged. The employee I spoke to responded with a condescending ā€œYes?ā€ and, after I explained the issue, replied, ā€œSo you want it remade?ā€ with clear attitude.

Customers deserve basic respect. Especially when you aren’t aware of what they may be allergic to or what their dietary needs may be.

I haven’t been to this location in over a year, it’s just awful, but my husband picked food up on his way home and what he brought home was a joke. My cheesy been and rice burrito was a thin layer of beans, no cheese, no rice, just tortilla and bean. The chalupa was so hard it couldn’t even be pulled apart to see what was inside. This was the Discovery Luxe Box and the only thing edible was the chips with cheese, something they don’t have to prepare. I’m not sure how this location even stays in business.

Everytime I get a taco that looks like this, it is made by the lady who is the night manager. It has happened at least 3 times now over a fairly short period. She doesn't have a pleasant attitude.
I am tired of receiving food made like this, and I will request a refund each and every time it happens from now on. It is such a waste of my time, energy and money!
Your nightime manager is going to ruin your restaurant, don't be surprised if your store starts losing a lot of revenue, it's her who makes these crappy, half filled food items and gets an attitude when you tell her you're not happy with the product. By the rest of these reviews posted, it's time to wake up Taco Bell and make that change in management.
