Don’t bother asking for help here. “We have nothing to do with the app” when some orders are app exclusive and was just charged $40 for a meal that didn’t go through to the app. “We can’t do anything about it” Didn’t even try to make the order, rude at the window, and continued to repeat themselves without getting a manager or higher up. Save time and go to the other location, way more helpful.

Horrible idea for a store. THERE IS NO DINING ROOM.. It’s hard for people to understand what to do. Been there multiple times and people are always confused. You have to wait a while to get their attention if you need to pick up your order, have questions, and access to the restrooms. Great location if you ONLY do drive thru. Send this one back to California. This is Tennessee.

One of the most interesting Taco Bells I’ve ever been to! I saw this one opened not that long ago and decided to go check it out with my sister. We kinda expected a Taco Bell with an indoor dining area, but found out this one is nothing like that! It is drive-thru focused but has a walk-up ordering window with the kiosks. There is also a pickup window that is inside a small room with two more ordering kiosks in there (kinda claustrophobic in there). To top it off, there are a few tables out front that are underneath an overhang with music hits playing through the speakers overhead. We ordered at a kiosk but had trouble taking the card so we had them scan it at the window and it worked.
The food seemed fine and we seemed to get what we wanted. The staff seemed still new to their job but they were friendly! Seems odd to have an outdoor Taco Bell in TN where there would be a lot of wet weather. They should definitely open more of these in my old home state of CA! At the same time, it is kinda nice to have a secondary Taco Bell in Ooltewah for those traveling through on I-75 and want to avoid the congestion on Lee Hwy near the other Taco Bell by Walmart 👍🏼
Why does it always take so long to get your food here? Also, for some reason they can never print out a receipt. We just drive past this one now and go to the one beside walmart.

Having this 2nd Taco Bell in Ooltewah (the 1st location is literally visible from the drive thru) doesn't really make much sense to me, but I'm also not mad about it. The drive thru is usually pretty quick here, and the employees I've interacted with have all been polite and friendly. Aside from 1 hard shell taco at the bottom of the bag getting crushed under the rest of my order, I have no complaints with this location.

Absolutely the worst location. Placed my order on the app while outside. Immediately went in a told them I was here. People in the drive thru were getting their orders quickly. My small order took 25 minutes. I was asked 3 different times who I was waiting on. Each time I was told “they are working on yours right now”. Apparently ordering through the app puts you dead last in line and people coming through the drive through take precedence even if they order AFTER you. Once I got my food it was cold. Will not use this location again.
