The donuts at Tasty Donut were fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor — exactly what I was hoping for! However, the customer service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. The staff seemed a bit distracted and not particularly welcoming, which took away from the experience. If they could bring the service up to the level of their delicious donuts, this place would be fantastic!

I was a little disappointed the donuts are overpriced, and I didn’t check them at the store, but she gave me a different kind than the one that I asked for which was really upsetting because it didn’t come with the cream or the chocolate on top, they are tasty and overpriced so be sure to check your donuts before you leave very upsetting

We came to get gf donuts since the google maps and the website advertised Tuesday gluten free donuts. However, They were polite when they let us know that they have not served them for a year… unfortunately they have not updated the website and so we suggested they do so more individuals do not come in with the expectation or anticipation and then the let down.

The chocolate cream filled doughnut’s were like just pored it on. Got on clothes fingertips. He’d to use half roll of paper towels, for one. The chocolate one with nuts was like frosting to include the swizzle on top. Very disappointed: reasonable price but see why now. Staff was awesome and store was clean

every experience we have had here has been great. my son and i love coming here and grabbing some donuts and eating on the green space outside. everytime we come, the staff is so kind and inviting. they add a little happiness to our day!

I can't say enough good things about my favorite donut shop in Ooltewah! Every visit is a treat, and their donuts are simply the best. My absolute favorite is the Strawberry Lemonade donut—a perfect lemon cake donut topped with delicious strawberry icing. It's the perfect combination of tangy and sweet, and it's absolutely awesome. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a great spot to enjoy a treat. If you're in Ooltewah, you have to stop by and try their TASTY donuts!
To say im disappointed is an understatement. Picture this, you want to purchase milk, but the store is out, they tell you they'll have milk next month, so you wait then you go back and they say again they still dont have milk their boss hasn't ordered it yet, you're confused but you wait again. Another month goes by and the store STILL doesnt have milk and the store still blames the boss. Thats whats Happening here. You said end of April, then end of May, IT IS NOW THE END OF JUNE 100* OUTSIDE AND YOU STILL DONT HAVE THE SHAVED ICE MACHINE UP!!!! So ill tell you what im gonna do, im not gonna ask again kn fact ANYONE WHO WANTS SHAVED ICE GUESS WHAT!!!! I will be purchasing a shave ice machine and stand outside and sell shaved ice to who ever wants it and then j will be able to maybe get it through your skulls HOW MUCH MONEY you are literally throwing out the door by not getting it together and up and running.

I purchased donuts this morning (Friday morning). THE DONUTS WERE THE WORST I HAVE EVER EATEN. I PURCHASED 4 glazed and 4 chocolate glazed. They were as hard as rocks like they were made several days ago. the price was $14 plus dollars. I will NEVER RECOMMEND TASTY DONUTS TO ANYONE!!!!

My first time trying their donuts and they were delicious. I got the apple fried pie and strawberry filled donuts. The young ladies were so inviting and nice. I will be back.
