I was greeted instantly with friendly southern hospitality and the pleasant aroma of a clean kitchen cooking great food. I was not disappointed in any way. The perfectly prepared caramel late was exactly how I like it. The biscuits and gravy plate was fresh, hot , and prepared quickly. The service was excellent. I felt like a regular immediately, and I am sure I will be. Definitely recommend.

Great place to have coffee and chat with a friend. Coffee is great! I got the caramel macchiato with oat milk and it was fantastic. The staff could be a bit friendly, but other than that, it’s a good place.

I was helped by who I think was the manager. She was rude and as I was leaving I saw her smoking on her vape in the back. When she saw me she quickly tucked it in her waste band. That is absolutely disgusting to do in your place of work.

While I didn't like the two drinks I chose (the chai was watery and the cookie monster latte was more bitter than I would've imagined a drink special being), the barista was very nice and it seemed like a good place to come and WFH. I will definitely try it again in a few weeks.

So disappointed to find out that Wired is on PublicSquare. We patroned this place numerous times but will not be returning as they have made their stance against the larger Chattanooga community clear. We will also be informing our friends who hold consistent cowork days at this shop of the affiliation so they can be better informed of who is getting their money.
