This is a pretty good one. Food is almost always good and fresh and they're extremely fast.

I love this place. The only thing I would change is that they sometimes put fries in a separate box so they dont get mushy...please make this a common practice

The chicken fingers here seem lot smaller than the Cleveland store. Also, I felt that drive-through was pushing for more sauces for extra upcharge.

I worked at Zaxby's when I was younger, I know very well how these items are supposed to be made. This location will take forever to get your food ready, and when you finally receive it you'll see that everything is made wrong and lazily but also somehow everything is cold like its been sitting around for an hour.

They aren't busy, not even close by Zaxby's standards, and yet somehow they make dramatically worse quality food than every other Zaxbys nearby.

The GM of this location needs to be put on a PIP, cause even brand new locations with inexperienced GMs aren't this bad.

Food was good, and honestly I’ve always had a consistent experience at Zaxbys. However, the dining floor just had an overall “sticky” feeling to it and most of the tables were left dirty. The staff were friendly, nothing to rant and rave about, but certainly personable.

Overall a nice store and solid meals, but could certainly use some work on the dining area.

So far every order had been correct and I've received great service. Bathrooms are clean and the place isn't too busy unlike across the street. Ps id recommend the fry seasoning.

Ordered extra seasoning on 2 orders of fries and both came without any seasoning, pulled back through the drive thru and had asked for more seasoning and received a tiny cup with hardly any seasoning. not even gonna bother to ask what i paid for a second time.

The employees are unforgivably rude. On my first visit, I was yelled at for simply asking for ketchup and pointing out that they missed an item in my order.

Assuming everyone has bad days, I went back to the store, only to be met with the same hostile attitude—again, over something as small as sauce.

I always try to space out my visits because it feels like the employees don’t want to serve people. But every single time I go, I’m met with disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior. If I could walk into the kitchen and grab my own food and sauces, I would. My most recent visit a blonde woman with glasses and a girl with very long nails threw the sauce at me and slammed the window... because I asked for ketchup.

It’s honestly anxiety-inducing to want to eat at my favorite food chain, knowing I’ll be treated as an inconvenience. No matter how nice I try to be, it feels like they automatically hate me. I really miss the employees from 2021 who made this place feel welcoming.

We walked in 20 minutes before closing on 12/1/24. We were the only customers there. The male manager and two female employees were standing around talking when we walked in. One of the girls was actually sitting up on the counter and did not bother to get down. How unsanitary to have your bottom sitting on the counter where food is handled. Clearly the manager didn’t have a problem with it.
The place was filthy.
The tea was sour and the manager seemed unphased when I ask for fresh cups and
told him the tea was bad. The drink machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. I counted at least 8-10 dirty tables and the trash was overflowing.
I could understand the dinning room looking like this in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush but we were the only ones there and only one in the drive thru. They were standing around and sitting on counters. The food was average. I hope the owner sees this review so they know how poorly their management is representing their business.
