Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The employees are unforgivably rude. On my first visit, I was yelled at for simply asking for ketchup and pointing out that they missed an item in my order.

Assuming everyone has bad days, I went back to the store, only to be met with the same hostile attitude—again, over something as small as sauce.

I always try to space out my visits because it feels like the employees don’t want to serve people. But every single time I go, I’m met with disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior. If I could walk into the kitchen and grab my own food and sauces, I would. My most recent visit a blonde woman with glasses and a girl with very long nails threw the sauce at me and slammed the window... because I asked for ketchup.

It’s honestly anxiety-inducing to want to eat at my favorite food chain, knowing I’ll be treated as an inconvenience. No matter how nice I try to be, it feels like they automatically hate me. I really miss the employees from 2021 who made this place feel welcoming.

We walked in 20 minutes before closing on 12/1/24. We were the only customers there. The male manager and two female employees were standing around talking when we walked in. One of the girls was actually sitting up on the counter and did not bother to get down. How unsanitary to have your bottom sitting on the counter where food is handled. Clearly the manager didn’t have a problem with it.
The place was filthy.
The tea was sour and the manager seemed unphased when I ask for fresh cups and
told him the tea was bad. The drink machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. I counted at least 8-10 dirty tables and the trash was overflowing.
I could understand the dinning room looking like this in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush but we were the only ones there and only one in the drive thru. They were standing around and sitting on counters. The food was average. I hope the owner sees this review so they know how poorly their management is representing their business.

Fast food pickup we were starving!!!! 7:45 P.M
Meal was $51.00.
Water was yellow, looked gross, fries were under cooked with no seasoning. Bread not fully toasty it’s greasy and wet. Bonless wings were tiny, chicken tenders had no crisp to them. Cheese bites were small. No cheese just crust. Over all the Dr. Pepper was good. We eat here a lot, drive through and dine in. Food has been very inconsistent lately and tired of it. It’s to Hit or miss. Be careful going. You just might get a disappointing meal. I’ll be back but not for a while.

Cheddar bites were old and greasy along with the fries. Asked for new cheddar bites and received a fresh order. They also proceeded to take the old nasty greasy cheddar bites back through the pass through window and the guy working in the back placed them in the back. I’m sure to give to another customer. The young long haired guy must of been offended I asked for fresh ones bc he had a smirk on his face. He was also trying to be slick and took a picture of me. Yeah man, I saw ya. I will never go back!!

I am not the world's biggest zaxby's fan, but today was a very good experience! I didn't get Her.name, But the young lady who was leading the ftont end on the lunch shift at the one on.
Old Lee Hwy in Oolteway on August 25, 2024 won me over as a return customer today. That was the classiest, most professionally handled, and all around best fast food experience I have had in decades. America needs more people that work as hard as she does. To get it right. If two thirds of my employees work half as hard as she does, I would get three times as much done in a day

Charged me 18 dollars for 2 drinks a 10 piece boneless wings and a large fry, I order all of that except for the two drinks I got one large Dr Pepper, gave me two drinks refused one bc I order one and it was sprite, and as well never gave me my fries

Just ordered the new chicken tacos. Ordered 1 plain. They put so much sauce on it that it’s honestly laughable. I called and the lady brushed me off and said she was taking my name and number down (they never do, they do that to get you off the phone) and just kept saying she was sorry and wouldn’t let me get a word in.every other visit my order is wrong or items are missing. But it’s right by my work. So I continued to give them a chance. I’ll just drive to hwy 58 and go to that zaxbys before I stop at the one in ooltewah that’s honestly way more convenient. Pathetic management and sub par service. Do your self a favor and just got to chick filet across the street.

Food was good but we arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon and the sitting area looks like a war room. All of the tables were dirty and the drink area was out of everything. It appears everybody working was under 18 and no manager onsite

Super disappointed with the fact that I spent $25 and barely got any food, I had ordered 2 orders of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries which is usually a lot of food when we opened our boxes there were maybe 15 fries in each box there was no ranch and like a single crumb of bacon. Don't get me wrong I usually love me some Zaxby's but come on guys do better.

i went in used restroom it was clean and i was greeted once i came in nice and clean employees, clean and well decorated restaurant food was fresh and seasoned just right and my meal was $8 which was worth it GO ZAXBYS 04/07/24 yayyy
