Usually pretty good food and always great service, but today’s meal I paid for two six finger combos. I got four pieces of chicken and a ridiculous amount of fries for almost 13$. In the photo, I’ve eaten the bread only. This is what I got. I’m unable to go to the store to get a refund today, but hopefully can resolve this soon.

I normally visit this location for somewhere related duties. I have been out of town for 2 weeks and returned. I made a visit here earlier today. As a customer. This place has always been clean, staff has always been professional, the food that I ordered was served almost immediately. It was spot on with good flavor and taste. Food was good, and honestly I’ve always had a consistent experience at Zaxbys. However, the dining floor just had an overall “sticky” feeling to it and most of the tables were left dirty. The staff were friendly, nothing to rant and rave about, but certainly personable.
Overall a nice store and solid meals, but could certainly use some work on the dining area.
