Hardee's is always great! Service is wonderful and friendly. Good (especially their fluffy cloud-like biscuits) is never a disappointment. Why did I EVER go to McDonalds?
I come here all the time. The food is amazing. The service is awesome. The atmosphere is great. The staff is very kind and professional. Me and my husband came here and we waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes and one of the employees came out and said that they didn’t realize that she didn’t have any tenders down so she quickly put some down and they were fresh and really good and she came out and apologized for the wait at the drive-through and she gave us double Wraps and double fries as an apology ?

Food is always fresh. My take a few minutes cuz they make it fresh. But it's better than Subway at 8:00 9:00 when they say they're out of bread when they don't close till 10:00. So yeah Hardee's never fails!! If you stand in Hardee's line for a long time it's because they are making it fresh I've always had it fresh when I wait. I rather have fresh Burgers and Fries then McDonald's fries and burgers go Hardee's

Well I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes to get a steak biscuit and hash rounds, no. 5. When I bit into it I literally gagged. Steak was luke warm on the outside, watery and cool in the middle. 8 bucks too. Be a long time if ever I go back.

We just walked out of this Hardees.. we were standing at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even said "can I help you".. the Manager Aron had a baby on her hip giving people their food.. putting orders on trays all the while her baby is grabbing at the food. Didn't know Hardee's was a restaurant and a personal daycare for the Managers baby boy. 12/16/23 @ 10:30 a.m

Been their twice lately that was a total disappointment . The first time we waited in the drive thru and when it was finally our time to order , we were told they had just sold their last biscuit so we tried ordering lunch and was told they wouldn't be able to sell lunch for another 30 min ! Today was our second time going and tried ordering lunch and they can't sell lunch since they now serve breakfast till noon on the weekends !I've never known a fast food place that doesn't know how to change over from breakfast to lunch without having to shut down . Hardees is 1 of my favorite places to eat , but this paris location needs a better management team who knows how to change over from breakfast to lunch without turning customers away .
