I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Just came by for lunch through the drive thru and I just have to brag on how fresh all of the food was! It was the freshest and best fast food meal my family has probably had all year. The gave us napkins, straws, ketchup, and our dipping sauces without even being reminded. I even asked her for ketchup as we were leaving and she had already given us some. Everyone left happy!

Hardee's has top notch food and management. The manager does a great job and makes sure everything is in order. Food is always ready in minutes and orders are always right. The staff, including Amy and the assistant manager Lauren, are very nice, patient, and fast. They provide great customer service with a smile. Amy is noted for her great personality and customer service. The restaurant is efficient even when busy, with staff ensuring that customers receive their food quickly and correctly. Hardee's serves fresh food, including breakfast platters and other meals. The staff are thoughtful and helpful, making sure customers have a great experience. Overall, Hardee's provides a great experience with its food and service.
