KFC offers a friendly staff and quick service, with fresh and hot food, though some items were missing from orders. The food quality remains good, with the only downside being greasy and cold food at times. The location may have room for improvement in customer service and order accuracy, but the overall experience is positive for those craving KFC's menu. The app can be faulty and cause order errors. The chicken skin might not be cooked enough, and the breading on the extra crispy chicken can be too hard to eat.
