On several occasions using the drive-thru at this location, I've had horrible experiences with long lines that don't move orders that take way too long shift changes that slow things down. It's just a big mess.
It took so long for the food to arrive
The food is good just having to wait everytime we go is what makes it almost unbearable to go.

Taco Bell is a mixed bag, with some locations offering excellent service and food, while others are subpar. The Paris location is particularly praised for its friendly staff, including a kind and funny grandmother who took orders. The Huntingdon and Milan locations are criticized for poor service and rude employees. Despite occasional off nights due to staff shortages, this Taco Bell is a reliable option for a quick and easy meal. Customers enjoy meals like the loaded beefy nacho and the $7 box, which provide great value. The app is available for convenient ordering and rewards. Parking can be difficult to enter and exit due to the location, but it is worth it with the great food and service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and there have been instances of staff going above and beyond to ensure orders are done correctly, showcasing the dedication of their amazing workers.
