Steak was amazing but the service was slow at 8pm and the place wasn't busy. The homemade mozzarella sticks were great and I loved they put bacon on the salad.

This place is a favorite. Always great food. Good local discount (15%). Been here 10x. Locally owned by great family. There is another Alamo in Gatlinburg. Same menu. The 1 pound steak burger ($19) is really good. Never finished it YET.Vegetarian options: Order large selection of sides option.Parking: Parking gets tight on weekends. You can park across the street at Mama's Kitchen. Same local owner. If lot is full you can park in the 2 unused charging spots next to the restaurant. (see sign)Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. For "Little Wranglers" and for "Hungry Wranglers".Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, it is! Looking at one now. There is extra room around most tables.

Our server was amazing. Had great recommendations and perfect timing. Appetizer, drinks and salads were awesome! The filet was cooked perfectly but my New York strip was over cooked and so covered in the horseradish “crust” you couldn’t really taste the steak. It wasn’t truly a crust, more of a soup that was hardened on the outside. Really not impressed, my medium rare was boarding medium well and just full of fat, would guess 1/4 of it was scraps. Just over all disappointing for a recommended steakhouse.
Delightful experience. Food was great. I had prime rib and the wife had a filet mignon. Both were cooked perfectly. Great Caesar salad, too. Our server was great. No complaints at all. Great eating experience.

The crab dip, crab soup, and NY Strip steak was excellent. The pork chops were cooked perfectly, very tender, but so so salty. The honey butter was excellent. The sweet & baked potatoes were so soft. It was so much to eat. Ruben, the waiter was terrific, he was very attentive, but not too bothersome. The rest of the staff was very pleasant, greeting & thanking us.

I've read other reviews raving about this place so we tried it. This review is my opinion of my experience so please go check them out and give them a chance. Friday night, No wait time to be seated and server was polite and prompt. Caesar and house salads were good. The Tbone and Strip MR but all dried out. Not sure if they hand cut steaks or if they're frozen. I had to resort to use steak sauce because the Tbone lacked flavor. B. Pot, broccoli and soup were good along with the steak burger. Could be a one time thing so may give it another go.

Food was good. Service was spot on. I got the porterhouse, it was cooked perfectly (medium rare). My wide got the filet, it had a really good smoked flavor. I would 100% come back if in the area again.
