This is what you get. After you finish one of those items you can switch it out for something else. The food overall was good and the pricing was reasonable.

You don't really have a choice for food here so the real reason you looked at this review is for the photo hopefully that gave you what you're looking for. Or Google will bury it when you look like I did and couldn't find one.

We have been coming here for at least 15 years. It has NEVER disappointed us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT FOOD!
It is still all you can eat, I do really miss how they did the buffet verses bringing all the food to you, but it is still great

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice ramp and plenty of room for wheelchairs', or anyone with any type of extra needs. It dont have parking because it is located inside Dollywood.

They serve you family style and there was a lot of food left over. We did not ask for any seconds, but there was enough left we could have taken with us for another meal. I didn't like wasting that much found nor paying for it to be wasted. The food was good, but I wish they had more options like for seniors, etc. One child only ate some mac and cheese. My 17 year old granddaughter eats like a bird and I can't each much. We thought it was a buffet where you serve yourself, therefore wouldn't have been so much wasted food. Great place if you have a hearty appetite and eat a lot, but we won't be returning. I'm still stressing 2 days later on what happens to all that wasted food!!

I wouldn’t recommend going there. We went there and was told it would be a 2 hour wait, we put our name down and when the table was ready, I received a text. Because it took us longer than 10 minutes to get back to the there, we were told that we would have to go back on the wait list and wait another 2 hours instead of waiting on the next table. VERY BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

Our experience on 11/28/2024 was one to be remembered, but for the wrong reason. Overall the food was terrible. The chicken breasts were tough/overcooked, could not eat the ham and the fish was dry and served in broken pieces. This has been a good place to eat in the past.

Where to begin? The pot roast was dry and stringy, corn pudding cold lump…We asked for more fried chicken….waited 45 mins and they brought out one chicken leg and a wing for 4 people! 😂 I started laughing…. Place is a joke.
