Walked in to order a bucket of pretzel bites and the employees decided it would be to much to do and was told we could purchase a bucket that is advertised everywhere.. We will never ever go back to this location.. pathetic and lazy
Food tasted fine but wasn't fresh. Also, they only had two people working there and one of them didn't even know English. We also got charged for 6 individual cinnamon rolls when we got a six pack. As much as I feel sorry for the one person there taking orders, the service was awful on top of being overcharged. Probably won't return to this location next time I'm back in Pigeon Forge.

This is the worst Auntie Anne's location we've ever visited. They are often out of pretzels. Recently, their case was full of over cooked, burnt pretzels. We left. They also will not provide a cup of ice water, which is the first place I've ever visited who claimed they didn't have water. The staff are all rude and have terrible attitudes.

8:45 pm on a Friday night with store busy and mall closing at 11pm. All inside seating closed and restrooms roped off? Employee yelling at kid not to set something down on his clean tables. I usually leave a tip. Not this time.

Hours show they are open until 11 on Sundays, but we tried to enter at 9:55pm and the door was locked with an employee standing next to it inside. After mentioning from outside I thought they don't close until 11, they reluctantly opened the door. We asked how fresh the pretzels were and they (without saying it) confirmed they were over an hour old. DO BETTERRRRRR!
I am surprised this location has poor reviews. The staff were wonderful, location clean, and food was the normal Auntie Anne’s quality. I could eat the cinnamon pretzel bites everyday!
Absolutely wonderful experience today.. Joe (manager?) Made it an Absolutely amazing day for my Family and I.. Great staff working today.. Pretzels were Absolutely amazing.. highly recommend this place, making stuff fresh right in front of us.
Great place to eat we go there all the time

The pretzels were very bland and tasteless. The worst part was the cashier, she looked miserable working here. Don’t waste your time here.

We usually have this at the mall and it's fantastic, but here at the Island the pretzels were so hard you couldn't chew them, they were actually so hard you couldn't eat them. Guys at the register wasn't to friendly.

Me and my family went in twice, first for a pretzel and later for a cinnamon roll and immediately felt unwelcome by the cashier both times. She had red hair with rats tails and bangs with some odd art on her eyelid. I’m a usually very calm, nonchalant person but she had the worse attitude i have ever seen. She was also very unkind to her coworkers and she threw my food and cash back at me. I’m very upset at how rude she was compared to her other coworkers who seemed to be enjoying their job. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but that gave her no right to be so negative to everyone. The ticket said the name of the cashier was Joshua L. but i’m not sure if that is her name or not.

Purchased over $80 worth of food only to be told they couldn’t accept our gift card because their cash register didn’t accept them. Ummm, it’s literally an auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon gift card. Didn’t even try.
