Ask for Tysin as your server. We enjoyed our time at this restaurant and Tysin recommended the best dishes on the menu. We loved everything he picked out. A great place with delicious food, add it to your itinerary!
The food was absolutely fresh and delicious! The prices were great and food came out really fast! Our waiter James was awesome!!! Highly recommend asking for him!
Our server James was fabulous! He gave amazing recommendations and top notch service!! Thank you for making our last dinner of vacation so great!
While vacationing at Pigeon Forge this was my favorite restaurant experience. The food was amazing! The food is fairly priced and the service is outstanding! I had the fajita burrito with steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. The salsa, queso, and tortilla chips were fresh and each unique in its own way.
We had the sweetest, most engaging server named Tysin. We would joke or tease him and he just played along… we were just out having a girls lunch (middle aged +) and he knew how to keep the vibe going. He was also very attentive and fun with the huge table next to us full of little league families.
The food was fantastic as always, margs on point, and guac — insane. Well done, Azul!
We are in on vacation, saw the Google reviews and had to stop in. Joseph was our server, he did a great job taking care of our table!
We had mini chimichangas, steak Chimichurri & chicken fajitas, everything was really good. I do think it’s silly that the fajitas do not come with a shredded cheese, the $2 up charge felt like a bit of a money grab. We didn’t love the rice, the beans and queso were good,, I wish the salsa was spicy, but the flavor was there.
Biggest complaint was the margarita, we ordered a Casamigo blanco skinny margarita with a tajin rim. When you order a skinny you are shooting for a rocks glass size, no sour mix, agave, oj, lime juice; this came out in a bowl glass filled with so much lime juice I couldn’t drink it, we did get oj to try to dilute it some, but ultimately I left a $16 drink sit on the table.
Azul Cantina offers a vibrant and modern take on Tex-Mex cuisine in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The rooftop bar provides stunning views of the Smoky Mountains, creating an inviting atmosphere for both casual dining and special occasions.
This place has a great atmosphere. Our server, Tysin, was fantastic. He came to our table with energy and enthusiasm to serve. This is a great stop to make here in the Smokey Mountains!
Tysin our server was amazing, he was very sweet and attentive making sure we had a pleasant experience! The food is always amazing. We especially love the cheese dip and the flautas!
Overall a good experience! Dined here with two kids on a busy Friday night. Our wait was about an hour ,but understandable.
Juan was a server, he was nice but seemed overwhelmed due to business. We had the queso which was cold upon arrival. My kids had tenders and wedges. I would suggest having honey mustard or bbq as a dipping option. I had the birria quesadilla and it was just ok not much flavor. I would come back here for the Tres Leches cake alone! It was hands down the best I’ve ever had.

The whole experience I do not recommend.
The food and drinks are fantastic! And the rooftop bar is awesome! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I came here last year and loved it. I’m back with multiple families and total 9 people. We came in at 2:45 on Sunday 4/13/25. The hosts were obviously irritated with us and you could tell they did not want us there. After 10 minutes of them trying to find seats in an empty restaurant they gave us another excuse and we decided to leave. It’s unfortunate because I’ve talked this place up to my friends as we planned this trip. Now this restaurant embarrassed me by their obviously lack of interest in customers. I’ve never seen a restaurant work so hard to not have a big party when they are empty. Do not recommend until the management fixes their hosts attitudes.
We had a wonderful experience, the food was great and our server Elly was amazing!
Our waiter was friendly but the food is not authentic Mexican food. Everything we ordered was not fresh and very bland. The salsa trio is disgusting. For the price, you would expect much better. We were so disappointed.
