We came here yesterday August 24 ,2025 about 4:40-4:55. Once we entered the front door, there was a sign posted on the front door stating they were closed for 5-10 minutes, so we decided to wait. Ten minutes went and we knocked on the door and no one came. My husband then call and the phone just rang. We began to walk in front of the building and notice two females were just sitting there. They eventually saw me and then came and open the door. They seem to be moody. While they were making my cone a rugged guy came in and was waiting in line. We got 1cone with a scoop of ice cream and my husband got 2 scoops with chocolate cone. It came to $22 and change. I thought that was very steep . Well the guy that walks in walked got a scoop of ice cream and left the building without paying. Come to find out it was their friend. Well this is why our order was $22 because they’re too busy giving FREE ice cream to friends and family but over charging people like me who barely makes ends meet. I will tell you I will never come back here again. I hope others will boycott this establishment as well.

Ice cream was fine, but scoops were expensive. The employee who scooped the cups was friendly. The older woman who checked me out drank out of a blender some leftover milkshake before helping me. 😳 I was shocked.

If I could give it a zero I would. They list their single scope cones as $2.29 with waffle cone prices additional. Apparently 2 single scoop waffle cones and a single scoop in a dish is $27!! When I restated the price she was like this is correct. The waffle cone was so stale.

I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins in a while, so when I stopped in to get water I was pleasantly surprised to find at least four non-dairy/vegan ice cream flavors, including mint chocolate chip and cookies cream. It made for a nice evening treat on our way back to the hotel from Dollywood.

The ice cream was fine. Nothing spectacular. The service was the same. No complaints. The prices, however, sheesh. This location is individually owned and operated and the prices are 2-3 dollars higher per person, than corporate stores. It's in a tourist city, so I get it, but there are other ice cream places around here for lesser prices and same or better quality product.
