I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins in a while, so when I stopped in to get water I was pleasantly surprised to find at least four non-dairy/vegan ice cream flavors, including mint chocolate chip and cookies cream. It made for a nice evening treat on our way back to the hotel from Dollywood.

The ice cream was fine. Nothing spectacular. The service was the same. No complaints. The prices, however, sheesh. This location is individually owned and operated and the prices are 2-3 dollars higher per person, than corporate stores. It's in a tourist city, so I get it, but there are other ice cream places around here for lesser prices and same or better quality product.

The place is dirty, employees are zombies and it's extremely over priced. $28.62 for a 2 scoop bowl and a single scoop waffle cone. Never again

June 16th, 2024 at 9:05 pm. I am an out of towner. First time in Tennessee. I Went to Baskin Robbin’s to get a milkshake and I ordered at the drive through. When I tasted my milkshake it taste like it was spoiled. I asked my husband to taste it and he agreed that it did taste weird. So I went in to exchange for a different shake. The shift manager came up to me with an attitude and told me in a rude way that it was not spoiled and carried on. I then asked for a refund. She asked if I had the same card that I paid with and I went back out to the car to get the card from my husband. And I politely told her that from a customer service worker to another customer service worker, the way she responded to a customer with an attitude was unacceptable and she was rude. She then responds with an attitude and I politely left out telling everyone to have a blessed night! I highly dislike rude customer service! Why apply for a job to serve others for a company and you do not know the first thing about providing customer service! I normally do not write reviews but since I’ve been in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, which has now been a full day, I have seen a hug difference in people’s attitudes and especially their customer service. And I am here all week ?♀️

June 2024. The other posts stating tiny scoops, $10 for a sundae, not wearing sanitary gloves, etc., believe them. I just left the store. I asked for hot fudge and got watery chocolate syrup. The female employee failed to tell me they didn't have hot fudge. I guess she thought I wouldn't notice. Well, I did. The two ice cream scoops were so small, both would have hardly made one scoop. This cost me $10. I was floored. I told the uncaring female employee I would never do that again. I don't like to post unfavorable comments, but the world needs to know. No Baskin Robbins.

We walked in from a store across and it was amazing! They didn't welcome us until it was our turn in-line they where nice and patient, they gave us a little bit more food/scoop of ice cream than expected! Which is good btw, we overall thought everything was nice and calm a little loud but hey that's what icecreams do for you're hype right? ?

We had a group of 5 who all crave Badskin-Robbins!!!! We are never disappointed. Always tastes GREAT & we had excellent service!!
