Bennett’s has absolutely amazing bar-b-que! I ordered the chicken sandwich with applesauce and broccoli, and everything was cooked perfectly and served nice and warm. My son loved his hot dog and applesauce, and his dad ordered the Bar-b-que combo. I’m usually not a brisket fan, but even I have to admit it was incredibly mouthwatering.
For an appetizer, we devoured the deep-fried eggs—an absolute must-try! We highly recommend Bennett’s, and it’s officially on our list every time we’re in Pigeon Forge.

We arrived at the restaurant and were put on a 45 minute wait and half the restaurant was empty. Once we sat down, it was at least 20 minutes before the server come to take our drink order and so far we have sat here at this table for over an hour, waiting on our food, and we still have not gotten our food

We have been dining at Bennett's for many years and have never been disappointed. The food is always great and the portions are more than adequate. The ribs are pull off the bone tender. The dry rub Barbecued wings are great. Still wish they sold the dry rub like they do the sauces.

We come here every time we are in town. Usually twice. This time I wish I'd have had the foresight to make a video. The ribs unlike before were not great. There were tough. Meat didn't fall off nothing. You barely could pull them apart. All of them were like this. I dunno why. Not cooked long enough? Were they from the day before and warmed up? Who knows. Id probably come back once more and give it another try but there are soooooo many places to eat, you can't mess up like this. Next time there will be a video.
Service was great though as was the salad bar.

I don't know why this place has any positive reviews. The service was not great and the food was even worse. It was cold, tasteless, and does not deserve to be called barbecue. They say the food is smoked, but there wasn't a smoker or any smoke on site! People who know real barbeque know what I'm talking about. In such a tourist packed town, this place was empty, which was our first bad sign. The second was when the table behind us was seated and then got up and left. I wish I would have left with them! Would not recommend.
Took my family of 4 in on a Monday night. Got on the waitlist at 6:43, got seated at 7:31, orders taken by 7:35 with drinks brought to us in a hurry. Got our deviled eggs around 7:50 and they were AMAZING. Now on to the bad parts, didn’t get our food (brisket sandwich, COD, and 2 kids burgers) till 8:10 so the wait time to get our food was 35min, just for it to be cold. The taste was alright but definitely not the best at room temperature. Our drinks were empty for about 15min with no waitress in sight. When we got our food, we immediately asked for the check since everything was taking forever. The waitress didn’t come back with the check until about 8:55. Overall, if you want room temperature food that you’ve waited about an hour for, this is the right place for you. I, on the other hand, will not recommend this spot to anyone.

Some of the best burnt ends ive had, followed by the worst everything else. Paid 20$ for my wife to take 2 bites of chicken because it was extremely dry. Her fries were definitely ore ida microwave with a side of stouffers microwave mac n cheese. Empty restaurant and still no staff to check on you until its bill time. “Tender ribs” were as tough as those cheap oven premade ribs at a grocery store. Do not waste your money here.

The older lady that was playing hostess at the counter seemed like it was a hassle to sit our party of 10 even though the restaurant was all but empty. We considered walking out, but gave it a chance. The food was ok. The waitress we had was also ok. We will not be going back and we stay in Pigeon Forge yearly.
