Unfortunately, we were sat at the same time as for other groups. Some of those had 6 to 10 people, we only had four. Waited almost 45 minutes for water. Our server, let’s just say I, was very rude and dismissive. We even heard other servers and waitstaff complaining about her. It was clear that she was the problem and not the restaurant, however, it was an awful experience, waste of money. And then food poisoning subsided for my niece. Never go back.

Our friends told us to visit here when we went on vacation to Pigeon Forge. We stopped by and gave em a try and the food was amazing. Tried multiple things and everything we had ordered was delicious. Ordered the brisket plate and it was tender and tasted amazing. The potato salad I had ordered for a side tasted like it was just made and was amazing also. If you love deviled eggs I recommend trying their deep fried deviled eggs, so if you’re in pigeon forge you HAVE to stop by and try Bennetts BBQ. You will not be disappointed!

Before our trip to Gatlinburg, I did some research on the best BBQ spots in the area, and Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que kept coming up—so it had been on my list since day one. I’m happy to say the recommendations did not disappoint! The restaurant had a cozy, welcoming feel. Although we decided to order to go because of the rainy weather, the experience was still excellent. The staff member who helped us with our order was fantastic—she recommended several sides and sauces we wouldn’t have chosen on our own, and they ended up being great additions. The food itself was incredible. Everything looked amazing, smelled even better, and tasted absolutely delicious. The portions were also larger than expected, which was a great bonus. Overall, it turned into the best rainy BBQ day I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
