Walls are paper thin. Recommend taking a fan to drown noises from others room and construction. Did not provide any shower supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Luckily, walgreens was across the street. Beds were springy, had to keep fluffing pillows throughout nights. Also, watch for surprise charges for breakfast. We didn't eat breakfast and received charge for breakfast and tip. Should of stuck with home2suite.

This place is lovely. It's quite quaint with a great feel and ambiance the front desk is lovely and their coffee is great in the morning, especially since they're 3 hours ahead of where I normally

This place is a joke, checking in the guy at the desk was a total a-hole and then there were a bunch of little preteen girls running around and slamming door. I forgot my 52$ senior jacket which I don’t have 52$ to replace that and I know for sure I left it in my room but apparently they have no trace of who worked last night so either they’re not cleaning the rooms properly and changing the sheets or someone stole it and they were totally unhelpful when we went in and asked about and now we have to waiting until a manager comes in which raises another red flag because why would you not have a manager on duty on the busiest day with people checking out and during the middle of the day too. This place is an absolute joke.

Small and homey feeling. Great location. Very clean. Stayed 5 nights. Customer service ok. Cleaning staff sweet. Downside was beds were very hard in our room and doors configuration for entry/closet/bathroom were a bit of a nuisance. Nice little work out room. Missing a pin for weights. Would be awesome if this was replaced so all equipment can be used.Walkability: Great location to to walk to a few amenities and on river.

We were there for a banquet so no review for rooms. The banquet spot was nice, the bar in the lobby had really high prices. The bathrooms in the lobby were clean

I'm an honors member and I would definitely stay here again. Great location and great service. Does not have free breakfast so beware of different booking sites that may list it as having such. I had a balcony view facing the river and Riverwalk.

Walking distance to Walgreens and lots of other fun, tourist attractions nearby. My favorite part was the river view and lights from the comfort of our large deck. The lobby boasts 90's country music, and the ceiling seems to go on and on. We hope to come back next year.

Currently staying here. Got in last night, booked through tomorrow. Nice rooms. TERRIBLE service from staff. Some of the rudest hospitality staff I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with in quite some time. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up to the host stand for breakfast. When he did show, he was incredibly hostile and rude. We walked out of the breakfast area and went elsewhere for breakfast. Mentioned the situation to the front desk receptionist on the way out the door, and she wasn’t much better. She had a “whatever”, shrugging of the shoulders attitude. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the rooms being nice and clean. I see from reviews below that my complaint about the staff is far from the first. So I’m assuming you are aware of the issue but have chosen to do nothing about it. Very out of character for a Hilton, to be honest. I hope y’all figure it out for the sake of your future guests, but we won’t be two of them. One and done on this place.

We had a group of over 70 women…the accommodations were great, the staff was helpful and attentive, and the food and banquet chef/servers were excellent. We will definitely plan to bring our group again!

I stayed here with a group of ladies. It was very nice. The older front desk lady wasn't very friendly when we checked in about 4:30 pm on Jan 26th, but the evening younger man was super nice. The event staff and chef were amazing and did an excellent job for our retreat. The older gentleman, who "gaurded" the breakfast area, never smiled and ignored me when I said good morning to him. He only spoke if someone walked past him into the breakfast area without paying, and then his tone wasn't pleasant. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again.

I stayed here last night for our church women’s retreat. I loved the fireplaces in the lobby and all the seating to visit with others. Check-in was quick, and our room had a balcony over looking the river. The banquet staff was great, and our meals were delicious during the retreat. Thanks Sherri and team for your hospitality.

Definitely the nicest hotel in the area. I booked through Priceline which was a huge mistake. Just book direct. Priceline tricked me into thinking they had a very low rate. Turns out they had another hotel booking company that actually owned my reservation behind the scenes. So when there was a mistake on my reservation, Priceline blamed their silent partner, and told me it wasn’t their fault. The hotel manager saw what was happening and did all she could to help. But it’s still unresolved.
