Wings was a little dry. I ordered buffalo style wings. I did not taste buffalo on them. Best Mac and cheese .
My husband had cheeseburger sticks with queso . He loved them . Definitely different than a cheeseburger. Thats what he wanted something different.
Onion rings was disappointing I expected and wanted a thicker batter on them. Instead they was just really flaky and not a crunch .
Waitress was amazing and very helpful for our first time going and she had a lot of recommendations.
If we go back to pigeon forge ill definitely be going back and asking for her. I dont have her name in front of me but I definitely have her card with name .

We walked in and boom the atmosphere was beautiful even the bathrooms were funny we walked and asked for a table and instantly we got one the food was perfect I got the gold ones they were spicy but no to spicy our waiter Alexis was so nice she brought our food out in 10 minutes of us asking and everytime out cup was low she refilled without even asking (she brought a new one not took ours) but yeah is was perfect 20/10 would recommend

We tried this place for the first time tonight and we were amazed at how awesome it is. We were concerned about getting there an hour before close but were told it was no problem. This was down right the best burger I've ever had and the service was even better. They treated us like family and we will definitely be back. Thanks again for the best meal we've had in town.

I was planning on coming here to watch the Mexico vs. South Africa football match, but after my experience over the phone, I decided against it.

When I called to ask whether the game would be shown, the employee first asked me what sport it was. After I explained that it was a football match between Mexico and South Africa, her tone and response gave the impression that she simply didn't know and wasn't interested in finding out. She made no effort to check with a manager, ask a coworker, or verify the information. She just said she wasn't sure and left it at that.
What really surprised me was that after I politely ended the conversation, she immediately hung up. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

We were a group of about 20 people looking for a place to watch the match, so this wasn't a minor inquiry. A little initiative and basic courtesy could have easily turned this into a positive interaction.

I hope management takes customer service seriously. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience left the impression that potential customers are not valued.

We ate there tonight with our family of 5 and it was AMAZING!! From the appetizers to the salad to the chicken tenders to the burgers... we just can't say enough how much we enjoyed every bite! Amy was our server, and she was very attentive. We are glad we found this place while on vacay!

Had a great meal at Blue Moose! The service was amazing, and Angel took excellent care of us from start to finish. We started with the Bacon Cheeseburger Sticks, which were delicious and the perfect appetizer. For our meals, we had the Double Down Cheeseburger and the Brotherly Love Philly. They both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Great food, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. We'll definitely be back!
