We have been going to Bullfish for years. Tonight, 1-10-26 we went for dinner at 6:30. We were seated promptly. The menu is new with a few brand new dishes such as meatloaf, chicken Parmesan to name a few. Gone is the spicy shrimp on wontons, the tuna is gone, along with the gumbo and others. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. We ordered mozzarella sticks, tasted like the cardboard covered in ketchup. I ordered the chicken parm. I returned it after one bite of chicken and one bite of pasta. It was chicken was coated in what appeared to be Nashville hot seasoning perched on a bed of pasta with red meat sauce poured over it. My husband ordered filet, rare, it was prepared correctly; baked potato, it was not cooked through and was so cold it didn’t melt the butter. His entree said 2 sides, he chose the potato and house salad, and was then told salad is a premium side and would be a 3 dollar up charge. For those of you who have visited before and loved the bread basket. We were not offered bread, nor was their bread brought to any of the tables around us. I’m it sure if that’s no longer available or if it’s an up charge you must ask for. Prior to tonight, this had been one of our favorite go to restaurants for lunch and dinner.

It's a bit boring Applebee's or Chili's. The restuarant itself was actually nice looki g but the exterior fools you becasue it is really inviting and nice. The food's a step up from Applebee's or Chili's, but not by much. My wife got a pasta dish that tasted a lot like Bertolli Chicken Florentine. I had the baby back ribs, which were tasty but overcooked and a bit dry. The kind of dry BBQ sauce won't fix.

This place should have a much higher overall rating based on our experience there. I should have taken pics of our food because it was as good looking as it was good. The service was great, and I was happy to see it’s locally owned. I debated between the filet and sirloin, opted for the cheaper and was not the least bit disappointed. It was so tender and seasoned so well. We will visit again when we return. Highly recommend.

The host was lifeless and unhelpful and told us it was “basically impossible” to seat a party of seven together, even with a two-year-old. The staff was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. With plenty of better options in town, we left and won’t be returning. Do not recommend
