The food was very delicious but the service was terrible, the waitress Angie treated us very poorly. He never came to ask if we needed anything else, he just took our drink order and brought us the drinks. We ordered a mojito and it is super sweet, very poorly prepared. Afterwards he brought us our food and never asked us again if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. On the other hand, a 20% tip was given. We consume more than 70 dollars in food. We are people who love to enjoy food and we don't mind spending money on food at all, but the service is terrible. They asked the other tables if everything was okay or if they needed anything else but not us. Seriously, the waitress was very bad with us.??

Went here with some friends and got awful service. The waiter seemed like he was overwhelmed with tables so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I still left disappointed. I ordered a very simple meal and waited an extra ten minutes to receive it after my friends were already almost finished. My rice and beans were so cold I thought they’d just taken them out of the fridge. And I ordered cheese dip that never came. I will say the atmosphere is fun if you’re in the right mood. Will not be returning.

Worst experience ever. I didn’t think anyone could mess up Mexican food but this place definitely did!!! The food was terrible, the staff as the absolute rudest and they automatically add a 20% gratuity to your check. (Which is probably why the service was as terrible as it was, no fear of not getting a tip) definitely do not recommend. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to choose something to leave a review!!

We went on a Thursday night. It was not crowded at all. Very clean and friendly staff. the Complimentary chips were warm and fresh. Our food came out just as we ordered it, and was very delicious. I was looking forward to a glass of wine, but the server said they were out. One thing I did not like, they added a tip automatically and did not tell us. It was just the 2 of us, I did not think that was necessary. Unless folks in Pigeon Forge are known to be cheap tippers!!! Still, I would go back.

Excellent, authentic food and excellent service. I had the street tacos and my date had chicken fajitas. Was happy to not have to wait for a seat considering it was a Friday night during busy season. Would highly recommend!

Coming from Myrtle beach for a little trip away we came here for lunch. Food was fresh and absolutely amazing, definitely authentic. Our server was great and even gave us her special homemade hot sauce that was amazing. I cannot say enough about the food and service.

We came here for lunch and I got the fajita nachos and my husband got the fajitas. The food was good, there was plenty of cheese on the nachos. Good service as well.
I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating because the food is really good! My husband and I have eaten at TONS of Mexican restaurants all over Tennessee and throughout the Southeast over the last 25+ years. Most are so-so, with flavorless, unseasoned meat, especially the chicken that goes in fajitas. This place actually had a little flavor. The chips and salsa were pretty standard, but the fajitas, cheesy steak burrito, and fajita quesadilla were really good. The service was friendly and quick. The prices were about what you’d expect in a touristy area. There were some dead flies in the window seal next to our table, but overall the place seemed pretty clean. Most Mexican restaurants are a one and done for us, but we would definitely eat here again!

My family and I were on vacation, and had a Mexican food craving. We googled Mexican restaurants in pigeon forge and found this place. You’re always skeptical when in different areas and want it to feel like home. I knew when we walked in that it was gonna be good judging by the looks of the restaurant. It was very modern and clean, the service was awesome and the food was better! Don’t hesitate to try this place. I don’t know why they don’t have a 5 star rating. We will forever come to this restaurant as long as we vacation here!
