Staff was soooo nice and accommodating... they invited my pup inside without me even asking - so clearly 5 stars just with that! But of course, the ice cream was so good!!! First time for spiked ice cream and it didn't disappoint! I love that they had an ice cream flight!

Went to the store in Pigeon Forge Tn. When the party I was with brought back out ice cream, the cup said a very rude word and then our last name. I was very upset about the use of a derogatory term used to describe people in our party, being written on the side of our cup. I checked with other persons eating in the restaurant and they had only the name of the dessert on their cup. I spoke to the shift supervisor who related that this is a fun thing to be done by the owner. Not happy!!!! Not funny!!! Will never ever go back. Talk about mean people. Who ever reads this please do not go to that establishment.

Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had! Shiv was incredibly knowledgeable of food allergens and had an easy to read allergen menu on hand. The nitrogen mixing process was super neat to watch. Highly recommend!

After 10 minutes of the people behind the counter staring at us we just left. Went to ben and Jerry's instead. They at least talk to you when you walk in the door.
$45 for two shakes? Not sure it was worth it at all.
That said, the staff was phenomenal.

Went a few weeks ago after seeing it hyped up on FB, the flavors were not that great. Think cream with a little added flavor. My friends were with us and the staff was surprisingly rude to them after being cordial with us. The process is cool to watch but not worth the money.
Very different type of ice cream. Very delicious, highly recommend. Great flavor, generous serving size. Smooth, creamy. Loved it.
Totally amazing. Can’t get fresher ice cream — they literally freeze it in front of your eyes with a huge tank of liquid nitrogen. Can do it with non-dairy plant-based milk to make it vegan. Every possible flavor. Really nice staff too — very patient as you figure out all the details. Also very large ice cream portions.
