There is so much crap you can lose your money on around here...This cookie store isn't one of those. I'm gonna have to order more. Incredible.
Delicious cookies! They have a large assortment of bite size cookies. Our favorite was the peach and the key lime, but they have so much more. You can either buy the prepackaged bags or you can create your own. The prices are pretty reasonable and the best part is that the staff would let you sample some cookies. This place is nicely decorated with the store’s story and cookies packaging. It’s located at The Island in Pigeon Forge amount a lot of different stores, amusement rides, the Wheel, dancing fountain with lots of free parking.

Went to the Island location. Cute little shop. Employee was friendly. Ended up with a 6 pack and with tax i believe was around $55. I would have ordered more but they didn't have several varieties ( Lemon, Pumpkin, chocolate) I wanted which was a bummer. Wish they would offer to ship them for you in that case. Loss of money for them I guess.
Cookies from here are the best. Staff let us have free samples of all the cookies.

Byrd's cookies are the best. I bought cookies and some were broke. I called spoke to Lisa and she was wonderful took care of the problem right away she mailed me cookies within two days I had my cookies. If you haven't tried any of these cookies your loss. They are delicious. Try them you won't regret it.

The cookies are expensive but soo worth it. They are very generous with their free samples so you know you’re making the right choice since you can try everything in store. I plan to order more online!

We love Byrds Cookies! They taste great! Favorite is the Salted Caramel ones! Diana was working the store the day we were in there. She was very sweet. She told us some facts on the place and provided samples to my mom and dad to try. That helped them decided what kind of cookies they wanted to take home! Highly recommend these cookies if you like a slightly crispy cookie like we do!

Never been here before and walked in probably about 30 min to close so 7:30 I would say(it was end of Feb), and was greeted with “we aren’t doing anymore samples!” Well good to know I didn’t even know samples were a thing I just wanted to buy some cookies for my daughter but not to worry the Island creamery had a good cookie for us. I will say everyone around this tourist town is either incredibly nice or rude as heck. As a visitor with cash to spend byrd’s rude a** cookies didn’t get any of it.
We are very frequent visitors of this particular location, but never again. Allow me to preface this with, I tend to spend a large amount of money here as my children LOVE your cookies!Yesterday, we took my kids here after them asking all day to go sample some cookies. We walked in and were "greeted" (and I use that term highly loosly) by a brightly pink colored hair woman at the sampling station, who immediately told my family "whoever is wearing Savanah Bee to take a healthy step back" then pretended to gasp for air. "A healthy step back". Say that outloud loud to yourself, then to two small excited children. Feels rude doesn't it? I'll admit, we did just leave the Bee store and had sampled a few honeys while there and purchased some which were kept sealed and in branded bags (which is the only way i can imagine her even knowing we were there), but not worth being demanded to "take a healthy step back".Don't you worry, myself, my mother, my children, and my money took a very "healthy step back" out of the door and won't take another step into your establishment. I'm very disappointed in how we were spoken to publicly in your location.
