Had a great experience with a good server. I always forget how big a full rack of ribs is but never complain about taking home a lunch for tomorrow.

Whole table greatly enjoyed the meal.

Took my daughter and granddaughter here today, a first time visit to Cheddar's for us , as soon as we walked in , of course we said hello and no response just name and how many in our party , very rude meet and greet with all the competition out there of places to go, this was sad , after approximately 15 minute wait we go to our table and place our order with our waitress and never seen her again until we found the page button on the table that you check out with , our drinks were never filled and some of our items were missing, after we paged her and she finally made it to our table and we spoke to her about not seeing her since we ordered and missing items and no refills for drinks she just wanted to know if we were paying cash or card .
Never again will I go back.

We were seated quickly at Table 41 tonight after the parade… Roger H was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He had a genuine smile from the moment he introduced himself and was very quick to tell us he was there if we had any questions. He checked on us often throughout our meal and not by being a bother at all! We definitely enjoyed our experience in its entirety and hope Roger has a very Merry Christmas!

We had to ask for our drinks which we ordered way before our food. Our Server blamed the bartender for not being on top of it. Our salads were frozen and we had to let them thaw in order to eat the ice chips of salad. Both of our orders were wrong and our server again blamed one of the plates on the cook staff handing her the wrong plate. We also asked for medium steaks and they were definitely well done. At this point we just ate what we had, paid, and left. Our server never reappeared after asking for our meals to be brought correctly (we also apologized for what seemed like constantly bringing up problems). It doesn’t ruin our opinion of Cheddars as a whole, but definitely the particular location in Pigeon Forge. We think it may be possible she was a newer server because of how she seemed overwhelmed on a Friday night.

I give this a 3 star do you the fact that we were not greeted with a hello or even a welcome. Just a girl who looked up from the monitor and ask how many and name and number. And after a few people after us was not greeted either and they happened to get seated before me. When asked about that I got a smart remark that I was notified and I told her I wasn’t. They were not busy at all when we arrived. So the hostess should have the most with a great attitude that welcomes you. This was by far not it. The waiter made up for most of it with some great service.

We were told about a 40 minute wait which ended up being about 20 minutes, service was prompt and our waiter was very polite and efficient, our food was very delicious and complete

The service was TOP TIER. the food was absolutely horrible, $22 for cold steak, a rib, and steak combo cold. We ate at the bar, the bartender was phenomenal, she apologized profusely, I requested it be popped in the microwave, it was ready took so long cold again..please do better.

Our experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. We were told the estimated wait time would be under 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over an hour. To make matters worse, several families were seated ahead of us despite arriving later, without any clear explanation. When we brought this to the attention of Michelle at the front desk, we felt our concerns were not taken seriously, as two more families were seated ahead of us even after our complaint.

The lack of organization and poor communication from the staff made this visit incredibly frustrating. We hope the management can improve the customer service and seating process to ensure fairness and a better experience for all guests.

Not recommended!!!!! Worst restaurant in the World. We have been waiting for 1 hour when the estimated waiting time was less than 30 minutes, unacceptable the customer service, they passed at least 5 families in front of us without explanation. The front desk person did not give us any solution when we requested it, and passed 2 families in from of us even after the complaint. Unacceptable!!!
