Bought a caramel apple with pecans for $13 and when I got back home and tried it it was full of salt - the pecans were heavily salted and the bottom of the apple was a salt ring. Salted caramel or nuts are usually a great combo, but added to the super sour granny Smith, this was the weirdest caramel apple ever. I couldn't finish it. I love caramel apples but it wasn't good and I think there must be a reason I've never had salted pecans on one before. Big disappointment particularly for that price.

We came on the evening of August 4th to have Ice Cream before heading off to The Island to ride The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. The Ice cream was delicious! This will definitely be one of our go to's for Ice Cream when we visit the Smokies!

It looks like a great place, the ice cream was a big letdown. The samples were tasty, but the actual ice cream turned out to be flavorless after just 6-7 bites. It felt like eating plain cream.
On top of that, the ice cream is overpriced. We spent over $15 on two cups, and it ended up in the trash.
I had high hopes for this place, but I can't recommend it based on my experience. Save your money and try somewhere else.

I got their rocky road fudge and it was delicious. They have a great selection of Carmel apples too.
Wow! A chocoholic's dream! The caramel apples, truffles, fudge, and chocolate covered ? 's are wonderful! They have unique flavor combinations you may not see anywhere else like orange creamsicle and red velvet. The only negative is that you feel rushed when you're trying to decide bc the staff are in a hurry.

That left just one...we did not get her name but she handled it like a boss. matter of fact she tried to call her manager several times and manager didn't answer (imagine that). A tip was left ... thank you for the positive

The ice cream and fudge are fantastic, they have a huge selection to choose from. You can try different flavors before you decide what to buy. Some staff is friendly and very helpful, some staff don’t speak English and the language barrier impedes ordering at times. There is some seating indoors and some outdoors. 3/25/24
Parking: Shared parking lot with a couple other businesses, we’ve never had trouble getting a spot but I have seen the parking get limited quickly.
Kid-friendliness: It’s an ice cream/fudge joint, the kids always love it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily handicapped accessible, however it is tight inside if its busy.
