It smelled relatively okay, but the taste was a weird lower-middle ground. The amount of grease was unbearable. I felt sick after even having one slice. The service was pretty good beyod that.

80s music playing way too loud, but my special order pizza was AMMMMMMAZING! Spinach Alfredo flat bread pizza with onions, sausage, pepperoni and jalapenos!!! Deeeeelish, I miss our CiCis Pizza in Fredericksburg, VA PLZ BRING IT BACK!!! The cashier was super sweet.

Pizza buffet was fine. Nothing to brag about, but also not to complain about. Salad bar ingredients were frozen. Plenty of seating, handicap accessible. Arcade has a few games and several crane machines. Staff didn't seem like they enjoyed their job very much, but they did accommodate a large group without a fuss.

Ice machine was broken. 30+ paying customers waiting in line to get luke warm soda. No one (employees) was concerned about it! The line was backed up into the buffet bar and just causing a unnecessary delay & confusion! Won't be back. Also the noodles were not cooked long enough! Had the texture of a rubber band!

food was a little slow coming out but place was packed. Took advantage of a great coupon so willing to wait for food.
Value and variety is why I give 5 stars. I can get any kind of pizza I want. It is decent pizza too.

Poor service. They charged my card but would not let us eat because the receipt did not print. I provided proof they charged my account but the manager did not care. Made me feel like I was trying to steal food when they literally took my money and told me to leave. They couldn’t even charge me twice because the card machine said “duplicate transaction” when i swiped the 2nd time. Corporate was no help so don’t be surprised if you see this review a few places.
