If you think all cinnamon rolls are basically the same, Cinnaholics is about to humble you.

These cinnamon rolls are not fast food. They are not grab and go. They are a beautifully crafted masterpiece, handmade to order, and treated with the respect a proper cinnamon roll deserves. You don’t just walk in and pull one off a rack. You wait. And that wait is part of the experience, because what you get on the other side is on a completely different level than the mass produced cinnamon rolls you’ve had elsewhere.

These are deluxe. Gourmet. Intentionally built from the ground up. Soft, rich, perfectly layered, and loaded in a way that makes you stop halfway through and ask yourself why you ever settled for cinnamon rolls from any other company before this. One bite and the standard is permanently changed.

The real move is to slow down and actually enjoy it. Take your time. Let it be what it’s supposed to be. And when you’re ready to finish strong, wash it all down with a fresh hot chocolate made to order. Warm, rich, and exactly what you want after committing yourself fully to a cinnamon roll of this caliber.

Cinnaholics isn’t just a dessert stop. It’s a reset button for your expectations. Once you’ve had it, everything else just feels like a shortcut.

We visited this location this evening to order cinnamon buns. Initially, we were told the wait would be about 15 minutes, but once the order was ready, we were asked to step aside. When we received our food, one of the orders was incorrect and included apples, which we did not request.

We politely asked if the item could be remade, but Brooke and Aunie refused to correct the mistake, even though it was only 5:41 PM and the store was still operating. The lack of willingness to fix a simple error was very disappointing.

Overall, the customer service was poor, and we did not feel valued as customers. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

High price, average taste. Cinnamon rolls with lots of toppings. Sweet, delicious calorie bombs for sugarholics.

Very bad experience – do not recommend.

We ordered three strong lattes and a double espresso, confirmed in advance that regular milk was used, and were even charged extra for “strong” coffee. What we received were four tasteless lattes that tasted like vanilla milk, not coffee.

When we asked about the double espresso, we were given ONE SIP (!!) of something she called espresso after arguing with us. The cinnabon was bitter, and the service was rude and unprofessional.
No refund, no apology.

Stay away from this place.

Absolutely terrible experience – do not come here.

We ordered three strong lattes and one double espresso. Before ordering, we specifically asked if regular milk was used, and the employee confirmed that it was. We were also charged extra for the “strong” coffee, which we agreed to.

When we picked up the drinks, we received four lattes that had absolutely no coffee taste at all — they tasted like sweet vanilla milk, not coffee. When we pointed out that we had ordered a double espresso, an argument started. Eventually, she handed us ONE SIP (!!) of something she claimed was espresso. One sip. That was it.

On top of that, the cinnabon was bitter and tasted bad.

The worst part was the attitude: rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She refused to refund us, even though the order was completely wrong and unacceptable.

Bad coffee, bad food, horrible service.
Save your money and stay far away from this place.

I requested a time change for pickup, and the Pigeon Forge location was highly communicative via email and text. They were able to make our order 3.5 hours earlier than scheduled. Pickup was super easy, and the staff was really helpful. With Christmas just around the corner, I was so grateful they could accommodate. Thank you so much!

Very busy establishment. The food was very tasty. The pecan cinnbun was phenomenal. I also tried the original cinnabon and I did not like it. The oreo one was very good.

The last few times I have went here the rolls were so small… not exactly worth the price… idk if they need to proof longer but they are disappointing from the rolls I was getting from them.
