I've had shorter wait times at the mountain coaster. If your in buisness for 1 thing, how does it take that long to prepare ??? All you have to do is look at the employees to figure that out :( !!!
P.s. nobody in front of us and only one here....

The girl behind the counter has a horrible attitude. We ordered 2 orders of the 3 for $5 baby buns. Should have come to $10 plus tax. Charged us over $12. Then when we questioned it she got an attitude and said it was because of tax. Got the receipt and it showed that she charged us for a half dozen which cost more than doing 2 orders of the 3 for $5. If management reads this it’s 3:30 on Monday October 20th. If this was a real restaurant she’s the type of employee who needs to work in the kitchen and not around people.

Also, they serve them cold so if you’re expecting a warm roll then you’re going to be disappointed twice.

As someone who bakes and sells his own cinnamon rolls, I was excited to try Cinnaholic.
It tasted great overall, I just wasn’t as big of a fan of the very melted/runny icing.
Butter flavor shines through, which is never a bad thing.
Owner is also super nice and an incredible amount of frostings to choose from.

First-time visit here. We stopped by to get cinnamon rolls for our next morning breakfast. The server was very friendly and packed us two basic rolls with icing in containers. The price was a little high but the rolls were very good the next morning. They have many varieties of cinnamon rolls with many different toppings. This is a great local business and worth splurging on a roll when visiting Pigeon Forge!!

A group of us went out of the way to stop by this evening after a long day and being super excited to have our favorite place. It was about 7:30pm (they have closing posted as 9:00p ). When we got inside we all were looking at what we wanted, there were two girls in the front waiting for each of us to decide which cinnamon roll we were going to order. One of our group ordered a roll, while my boyfriend said he was going to want an old school. I asked about a dozen and if they did that with others or just the old school etc. Never once did they mention that no matter what the 2 of us ordered, there would be a long wait. So once we stepped up to order, my boyfriend ordered the old school and I went to order. It was then that they finally said they only had 1 cinnamon roll in the warmer and that it would be AT LEAST 20 minutes for any more. How does a place that is known for cinnamon rolls run out?? They then proceeded to explain that there was a cake in the oven, so once that came out, they could put in some rolls, then when those were done (which is another 15-20min) ours would be ready. We ended up just taking the one left and cut our loses. We went outside and got in the car for our now even longer drive home, only to find that the old school was cold?? What happened to warm, gooey, delicious cinnamon rolls? Good job, I’m so impressed with the cinnamon roll focused company that had none made, and apparently weren’t going to any time soon. I’ll also add that the store was empty when we walked in and when we walked out. It wasn’t like they were beyond busy at this point in the evening, nor were they close enough to closing time to be completely out. Waste of time, money, and commitment. Save yourself some time and drive whatever distance possible to another location.

Whoever the two women were working this morning were crazy rude. I love this place. I live 7 hours away, but come maybe 4 times a year. I ordered and then the person with me wasn’t sure as quickly. The lady at register said aggressively “Is that all?!” I said no, he’s deciding. Then another customer came in after me to pick up an order and the second blonde lady literally avoided him like the plague. Wouldn’t even look at him until after an uncomfortable 5 minutes. What the heck happened to this place? All good things come to an end, I suppose. Future isn’t bright for this location.

We got the 3 minis with our choice of icing for $5.
We chose the cheesecake icing and were not impressed. The 3 cinnamon buns must have been made much earlier and just kept warm. They were very hard.

We were so excited to try this place. Super disappointed with our experience. We ordered 2 iced coffees with our rolls. When we got them it literally tasted like watered down milk. I went to the counter to ask about the drinks, thinking they mixed our order up. They said that’ it was correct and that had 2 shot of expresso in each drink. It definitely did not. It was the worst coffee I have ever had. We threw them away. Couldn’t even drink it. The lady who we talked to couldn’t have cared less. Total waste of money.

It's very frustrating when people say they order gluten-free and show pictures of cinnamon rolls... Come to find there are only gluten-free cookies. Ordered nothing, guess I need to stop listening to reviews that say places are great for gluten free when they have very little available if anything. In case someone else gets confused they do not have gluten-free cinnamon rolls!

Fist, let me say, I consider myself a cinnamon bun connoisseur. When I saw this place while visiting Pigeon Forge, I was both excited and pessimistic. We got the tropical and a custom bun with cheesecake and graham crackers. There was a little bit of a wait while they made some fresh buns. Both were delicious! Worth the stop.
