We visited here while on vacation and unfortunately didn’t really care for it.
We got an old school and a build your own and spent $14 which isn’t bad for two desserts it’s actually on par with what you would pay at a restaurant. My husband and I love cinnamon rolls, but this left a lot to be desired. We got cake batter icing with cookie butter pieces and drizzle but there was barely any toppings which is what this whole experience is about. Taste and texture of the cinnamon rolls itself was there as well as the temperature it is served at. But the lack of toppings for the price was pretty off putting and made this something I could easily make at home or get at a restaurant and not something from a shop that specializes in it. When we saw pictures on the website we were SO excited to try this. When we opened the box and saw what we got we were both extremely disappointed. When we ate it we didn’t taste either flavors from the cookie butter drizzle or the cake batter frosting because their was so little of both.

Was disappointed in the lack of friendliness and server as she seemed irritated that she had to serve us, but was hopeful that the cinnamon roll would compensate. But unfortunately was disappointed in that as well. Very sweet but lacking in flavor.

I use to go once a month and take family when they come to visit.
last time I went I order three different rolls and when we got home they were all the same. we live 45 minutes away so i was unable to take them back. this was the second time I was disappointed in them.

The one thing I really wanted while we were on vacation was a doughnut. When I googled it, Cinnaholic came up and so we gave it a try. I was so very disappointed. The cinnamon roll was extremely dry. I got the apple pie cinnamon roll and it just was not good. My husband got mamaw’s pecan pie and his was absolutely delicious. I also think it is very expensive. I will not be going back.😩
Yall these cinnamon rolls are SO decadent and soft. The very berry and blueberry pie are amazing. But just as amazing as the cinnamon rolls are the people who work there. They are so kind and generous. This was a 12/10 experience and we will be back. Many times 💛

4 stars because I didn't feel like the rolls were super fresh as the outer part was tougher and chewy but the inside was pretty soft and my husband made the same statement. It was hard to eat with a plastic fork but not impossible because we did it. Maybe they are suppose to be this way as I've never had gourmet rolls or maybe they weren't super fresh. It was very good taste wise. The taste was very rich and delicious. I got the caramel apple with pecans and my husband got the cookie dough with chocolate chunks. I rate 4.5 out of 5 stars for taste as it was very good but very rich and it's not something I'd eat daily but was certainly a treat. I rate 3 stars for texture/softness and rounding it off to 4*.

I usually have very good things to say about this location, but today was different.
I didn't catch the name of the woman working at the register, but she informed us that they were out of cinnamon rolls. I was confused, and a bit irritated, as my partner, sister in-law, and I had driven over two hours to get there before they closed. We got there about 10-15 minutes before they closed, which is apparently WHY they were out of cinnamon rolls-- as the cashier then clarified that cinnamon rolls take roughly 15-20 minutes to cook. Apparently this is some sort of "policy", according to the cashier.
So, after being told we drove over 2 hours for nothing, I looked at my partner wondering what exactly we were meant to do now. The woman at the register, with an attitude, stated that they'd be open at 8am tomorrow. That's great, but we aren't from the area, and I'm not driving 2 hours back home just to drive back tomorrow.
I get it, I do, but despite all my previous trips to this location I have never been made aware of this "policy". Sounds to me like it isn't a policy at all, and is instead an excuse.

We went here twice during our trip to Gatlinburg! The ladies that were working were super nice! They have so many choices of toppings and frostings for their cinnamon rolls. I ordered the peach cobbler( the one in the right of picture) one the first time we went and it was AMAZING! The second night we went I ordered the apple fritter roll and it was amazing also!
