Place is awesome!! Can't go wrong with a smoky Joe latte!!

Came on a late Tuesday morning. There was a bit of a rush and I could tell the employees were not prepared for the rush— they were asking us our orders as making other drinks which was causing confusion and I couldn’t hear what they were saying/asking. This led to one of the employees charging us for three drinks when we only got two. They fixed it for us of course, but the manager should probably have more people on shift in the mornings if it’s busy like this as it was inconvenient to both the baristas and myself.

Otherwise, the drinks we got were tasty. The syrup at the bottom of my drink wasn’t fully mixed in but that’s not the biggest deal.

We come here each time we vacation in PF. Excellent coffee. 4 stars because there is a consistent, awful, headache inducing chemical /cleaning smell every time we step into the coffee shop. They also put the tip on automatically to 18% which I don't care for. I am happy to tip, but don't like it Pre - chosen for me.

I visited here while on a anniversary trip & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The drinks my husband & I got were delicious!

Absolutely amazing coffee!!!!! We have been here every day on our vacation, always opting in for a specialty latte. The service is very quick and the atmosphere is welcoming. The theme is very unique and we love how first responders and military get discounts! Don’t go to any other coffee shop in the area, this is all you need!

Normally I get super sweet drinks at coffee/cafe places but wanted to get a real taste of BRCC . I did add lite oatmilk and hazelnut to my iced latte. Not too bitter yet strong bold flavor for a double shot ( 4 pours) . It was pretty good. I wish I would have read the reviews first and got a Marshall as recommended in reviews for a sweeter coffee but im happy with my order. Little plaza location is in was nice and it was very clean .

Never been to this location. Went onto Black Rifles website and there wasn't a place where I can brag about their product....
One day my wife and I were in Dicks Sporting Goods in Fl. And I seen a bag of Dark Roast. Decided to try it.... I HAVE to say, that was the absolute BEST dark coffee I've EVER drank. I can literally drink it Duke style (if you're old enough to know who the infamous Duke is 😁)and it isn't bitter, or overpowering but juuuuuust right! Black Rifle dark Roast is my absolute favorite.Then one day I was at a truck stop and what did I see? A energy drink by Black Rifle, so I bought one to try it..... Again, did not fail! The drink doesn't taste like there's 5lbs of sugar in it or sweeteners, in fact it's barely sweet at all AND they don't make you crash! Told my brother's and friends about them. They already buy the coffee but once they tried the energy drinks, they were sold!
I can only hope you guys dominate this industry as an American brand but more importantly, built from actual vet's!

I'm a local and stop in here just about every morning to get my lrg dark mocha with an extra shot. The staff are absolutely amazing! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!

I had the Smokey Joe—bold, smooth, and downright amazing. The right smoke that isn't burnt. Perfect balance of smoky richness and that caffeine kick you came for. Friendly staff, cool vibe, and coffee that actually tastes as good as it smells. A must-stop for any coffee lover in the Smokies

Absolutely amazing experience with my family at black rifle coffee. Friendly staff, great coffee, god bless America. I got the 1776, my wife got a latte, my sister in law got a horchata and she said it was good. My brother in law got the smoky joe and said it was to die for.
