Coffee was good, but kinda like Starbucks.

But the vibe, the vibe was straight Merica.

A coffee shop should know the difference between latte and a cappuccino…

I was interested in trying a new place for coffee recently and Black Rifle Coffee Company did not disappoint.

Veteran founded by a former Army Green Beret and operated largely by veterans who they want to help transition from service to entrepreneurship. They have a reputation that proceeds them for great coffee, strong work ethic and excellent service and mission.

I asked for a recommendation and ended up trying one of their classic lattes, the 1776. Their menu has many American-themed names, including The Liberty Bell and The Betsy Ross Lattes, which I plan to go back and try soon.

They approach the names of their vast wholesale coffee subscription service with the same American forward pride, with the latest January release called ‘Benjamin the Bell Cracker’ according to their website.

Their commitment to serve up coffee and culture to people who love America is evident in all they do.

The inside of the shop is part gift, drinkware and apparel, part wholesale coffee and energy drink to go selection and part coffee shop.

However, they also have monthly sticker subscription and a blog aptly titled, Coffee or Die.

I loved my coffee there- truly one of the best lattes I’ve had in recent memory, and I also enjoyed their mission and just all around different approach to what is normally a pretty cookie cutter experience.

Look ‘em up and try ‘em out.

Very Good. I got the Gentleman/Old Timer and my wife got the Liberty. Both were “hot” not iced coffee’s and will visit Black Rifle again. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Looks like a great spot but honestly the staff are blunt and the coffee sucks. A basic Iced coffee with oat milk taste like watered down syrup. Just gross. Can’t even taste the coffee. Came here to specifically not go to Starbucks or similar chains but think we made an error. Avoid.

I cannot believe this place currently has 4.5 stars. I’ve been here twice. My husband and I went here a two or three years ago. He got a drink and wasn’t a fan, but it had been so long ago we decided to try it again on our visit to the area. We were swiftly reminded why he didn’t like it the first time. We both got drinks this time and they were both AWFUL. For $14 for two drinks they should surpass expectations, but they fell incredibly short of that. We watched the baristas as they made our lattes, and I was really surprised at the lack of attention to detail as they steamed the milk, dumped it into cups and gave them a stir before serving. I couldn’t finish my drink and threw it away. It tasted like watered down milk with a hint of chai. Hub’s drink tasted burnt and weak.

Overall, we won’t be back. This is what I would consider a tourist trap with rushed and over priced drinks that taste terrible. People simply come here for the name. I absolutely would not recommend this coffee shop.

Friendly service. Alternate milks available. They were out of soymilk today. I had a latte, and my husband had their medium roast drip coffee. Coffee was strong and slightly acidic but good.
