So this just reminds me of the barbecue place that we have back at home. Of course we were on vacation and there’s so many places that were packed full and we were so hungry. My family and I got take out Thanksgiving night while on our vacation. We had our traditional Thanksgiving meal early in the day, and needed a small meal in the evening. We always stop at Corky's while visiting the area. We love the pulled pork. The pulled pork nachos were very good. My husband tried the smoked wings for the first time and loved them. The pork rinds were very tasty as well. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the area.
When my two now adult kids were younger we took a trip to Memphis. At the time we had never heard of Corky’s. But we decided to stop and it was so good. So good it has been a great memory now for 15+ years. We’ve been back to Memphis once since that first time.
