Typical North American country food place. There's a little shop nearby for those who want to buy a gift, or a souvenir 😊

Pros: gift shop staff were very nice and friendly!

Cons: Its been over an hour since our food was ordered and we are still waiting on it, server was rude and unknowledgeable, and we cannot find any management at all.

Grandpa Barrel would be turning in his grave.

My 4 yr old grandson and I stopped here after a long day on The Island. Our wait wasn't very long despite them being fairly busy. Our server, Corbin W was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed. He took our order quickly & our food came out just as fast. I give him an A+ My grandson had to use the bathroom mid-dinner, so one of the managers, "Auntie" Donna, stood by our table to watch our food. She turned her back for a moment to assist another customer and one of the other employees cleaned our table off. She apologized and got us another order of food. It was hot and delicious like our original order. My grandson gave her a big hug and talked her ear off for a few minutes. She was so pleasant and kind. Even though the mistake happened with our food while we were in the bathroom, we still had a great experience. Will definitely keep them in mind on a return trip to Pigeon Forge.

What can I say... It's Cracker Barrel. Great food, amazing prices. It's gotten a bit louder inside over the years, to me. Not sure if it's the open floor layout, or what.

Good food but a shame the workers had to walk long way for curb side pickup .. seems company could move it closer so employees would not have to be in the cold… made me feel guilty because I ordered!!??

Parking: All good if you don’t mind making workers walk in the blustery wind to bring your lazy ass your breakfast!!??

The waitress did a good job. It was awfully crowded but it was Thanksgiving weekend!. They forgot some of our food and they just took it off of our bill but we were just waiting for them to bring it and food ended up getting cold because of it it was ok though... Things happen especially when it's super busy. I'd still go. back.

My S.O. cannot eat many foods. We travel lots and eat at Cracker Barrel somewhere at least once a week. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are to hear that you have dropped the roast beef dinner from your menu. We will no longer be eating there.

Server was very nice and attentive, but the food was terrible as usual. My daughter ordered the fried shrimp and it made her ill. I got chicken dumplings, there wasn't any chicken in it hardly at all, just a bunch of really soupy gravy and tasteless salty gobs of dough. My dad ordered just dumplings and they were hard as a rock. I didn't know it was humanly possible to screw such simple food up so badly. The only reason this ridiculous chain is still in existence is the junk they sell in the lobby. If I never went to another Cracker Barrel ever again in my whole life, I would be delighted.
