I went with my children to buy ice cream, and before I could even see the flavors, a thin, unpleasant-looking man with curly hair spoke to me rudely. When I asked for the manager, he claimed to be the manager himself. I will not be returning to this place; go to other ice cream shops—at this one, customers are not treated with respect.

Over priced, horrible service, rotten fruit, and overall bad experience. Would go literally anywhere else but here. Better off at McDonalds.

Walked in today with zero greeting, even after attempting to say hello they ignored us and continued talking to each other (the workers). We looked around for a while, and kept moving on due to the insanely high prices. We settled on a caramel apple ($10 for a single. plain. apple.). We wanted to try other stuff but it was $15 plus for anything that looked remotely worth trying. We finally get outside to eat the apple, and it’s completely rotten on the inside. Gooey, brown, gray, and smelly. No telling how long it had been there. Please don’t waste your time, we went elsewhere and will never go back.

Good place with variety of candy. The ice cream is also good! They do you have more times where they’re busier than others but overall a good place to go for a quick snack/treat. Outside, there is a play area for kids/family that’s actually very nice.

We ordered a banana split with two spoons. The ice cream was good as well as the banana. The serving bowl was so small the banana hung off of it. But the employee that served us was not friendly. We are coming to give him money to pay his bills. We just want ice cream.

Trash establishment. Went in with family. Bought three chocolate dubai strawberry cups. The cups come with a dome lid. The pictures in the shoppe all show the cups filled to the top of the dome lid hole. The worker filled the cups half way up. Forget the dome lid, literally half way up the cup. I questioned it, but she didn’t care. I showed her the pictures on her wall. She didn’t care. These are $16.99 each. I asked for a refund. Crazy.

Really good variety of desserts. A little pricey, but worth it.

Selling jelly beans that aren't Jelly Belly. Mixed some other brand of jelly bean with Jelly Belly. Bought some grape and blueberry. The grape was very bad. They tasted horrible and did not have the Jelly Belly logo on them. The blueberry was mixed with a few brand name and the others who knows.

Bought to mounds of divinity and they are too hard to break! 17.00 for the 2 inedible divinity pieces and a turtle. Crazy!!!

Your kids will LOVE this place! Outdoor seating, overlooking a large area for your kids or adults to play in.

The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was awful, super hard and had no actual pistachio cream it was dried up to the katafi and tasted old. Don’t waste $18 like I did 👎🏻

If your looking for Dubai strawberries, pass!! The chocolate was hard and set up on the berries in one massive chuck. Total waste had to throw thw whole cup away! Fork wouldn't even go into it. Unfortunately I bought 2!

(Catching up on reviews of places visited sometime back) If you want to visit a store that will make your mouth water, Cream and Sugar in Pigeon Forge is such a place. Displayed in glass cases through the store are all manner of sugary treats along with at more than dozen types of ice creams.(See pictures) I am limited myself to buying one cashew chocolate turtle. And it is well I did since with tax it came to over five dollars. I would’ve given the place a four star, but that’s a bit too expensive for my taste.
