It was a cute candy shop with various ice cream selections. I don't recommend the beverages. What was advertised as a smoothie turned out to be an overly sweet slushie, lacking the creamy texture. The other drinks were overly sweet as well to a point that they lacked distinct, enjoyable flavors. Overall, the drink selection was a letdown.

We stopped in with the grandbabies after leaving Flavortown. The ice cream was really yummy. The milk chocolate dipped waffle cone was fresh and crispy under the chocolate, but stale and very chewy where the chocolate wasn't. A couple of the table tops were very loose and about to fall off and all the tables were very dirty (see pictures). I went inside and told an employee and he handed me several paper towels.

The S'mores and the cookies and cream sundae were enormous, covered in toppings, and full of flavor. The two ladies who helped us were very welcoming and did a great job in assembling our selections. This was by far our favorite place we had ice cream.

Highly unsanitary. Walked in, stood in line long enough to survey the ice cream options and realize how unclean it was, and then we left without even ordering anything. I did inquire with a worker about getting an allergy scoop of ice cream for a child with a peanut allergy, to which she replied she could “rinse off the spoon with water” before scooping his serving. Very concerned she was implying that rinsing off the spoon was not a standard part of serving someone. See attached photo for the toppings counter- Can’t even be bothered to keep the lids on the containers. Good luck eating at this place without contracting an illness!

I went and got two scoops, and I really liked the service from the girl who helped me. The price isn’t bad at all for the amount of ice cream they give you. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in Pigeon Forge 🥴👍🏽

I've been wanting to try rolled ice cream for years, and this is one of the few places I know that offers it... However, I've been twice (once on vacation this year and once last year) and both times, I was told they were out of rolled ice cream. Why even have it on the menu if you won't make it? I won't be back to try again.
