Went when they had the cheesecake cookie. The cookies were hard and sloppily made. Frosting was all over my box. So messy I could barely pick it up. Staff looked like they didn’t wanna be there. No welcomes just them showing the cookies and closing the box.

Placed an order online as we were driving to the store. As it's a Saturday and all the chaos is in town visiting. Thinking this would be faster, biy was I wrong. Get to the store clicked here now as we are walking in. People ordering on the kiosks. People who were ordering while we walked in having already ordered are getting the orders they placed. Though our name was on the board and deleted. Still no order, a guy asked us and another couple who ordered AFTER us names. To which the couple who were still ordering when we walked in got the order they placed. Then the guy says what was it you ordered to which I looked at him and shook my head. LOVE Crumble Cookies we get them brought to us often at the hospital I work at. But NEVER will I go to the store in Pigeon Forge again. I thought the chaos outside was bad, behind the counter was worse
