Curl de la Crème - Ice Cream

This place was good when it first opened. Our last time was the last. Skimpy with the add ins. The ice cream had no flavor. When I asked my husband what topping he would like, since we were sharing. The woman taking our order fussed at me. “Talk to me, not him!” We were the only customers, I guess for a reason.

The icecream was okay, it's $11 plus tax for a cup.
There was 5 workers in there, standing around leaning on tables and staring awkwardly at us from the moment we walked in. The cashier was friendly but he was the ONLY one. The lady preparing the icecream cared more about her smart watch than what she was doing, when she had to ask us questions at the end she acted like it was an inconvenience to even talk to us. Very unwelcoming staff.

Lots of rolled up in a cup. Was able to share a cup with my daughter. Yummy

We love coming here for ice cream. Its always fresh made unfrint of you. It always oh so yummie!

Love the nuance of the rolled ice cream. A little pricey but for a vacation town I’ll pay it without an issue. Usually has a good crowd in there regardless of temps so that should say something about it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

My favorite place for Ice Cream while visiting Pigeon Forge. The options are endless. 100% customer service. Very friendly employees. Wish e had one closer to home!

This was fun to watch and the guys making the ice cream were awesome!! I highly recommend going there!! And the ice-cream was delicious!

You go for the neat experience and the customer service was good. Just know that you are going there for the cool experience...nothing more. They ice taste is about the same as any other ice cream place around, but with a heavier price tag for the experience.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. They were also insensitive and impatient with my autistic son. The ice cream was mediocre. This was my first time to the shop and I absolutely will not be back.

This is our first time trying the rolled ice creme and this place was delicious. The price wasn't too bad for the portion and the workers are always energetic and friendly.
