We got in and waited and 1:30 minutes and the waitress was quite frankly rude but fed up with that we left and went to Waffle House, where immediately a man behind the counter informed us we would be seated soon

Wouldn’t waste your time coming here if you want to be treated decently. We waited about 15 minutes to be sat, which was okay but it wasn’t even that busy. Then we sat and sat and sat and was never even acknowledged by a server. People who were sat after us had their orders taken but we still sat waiting. After a good while of waiting, we just left. I’m a former server and I always at least let my tables know I’ll be with them as soon as I can, and that was all we needed. But the server who seemed to be working the section our table was in had one table, so there was no reason she couldn’t have at least stopped by and let us know she at least saw us and would be there soon.

Went for a cup of coffee and a bowl of grits. 3.00$ for a bowl the size of a salsa dish ,cold grits no butter no salt and pepper.and coffee tasted like yesterday s coffee

Never staffed. Rude service. Manager said he just works here. Obviously not a leader. This place is an absolute joke. Tonight was the final chance I’m giving this place. If you are thinking about eating here. Do it only if you have the absolute lowest level of expectations. Waited 20 plus minutes at the host stand. Server and manager saw my group plus 2 other groups and did nothing. I left, went across the street to Waffle House. Fully staffed. Friendly prompt service and seated immediately. This Denny’s is a freakin joke! Zero staff on a holiday weekend?! Makes sense as the manager I think David? He said he just works here clearly no leadership. He blamed the owner. So Mr. Owner? I’ve been told you have no idea what you are doing from your Manager?! This place is a bonifide first class garbage establishment. Go somewhere else. Your’re welcome.

Stopped in at Denny’s in Pigeon Forge and was really impressed! The French fries were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried a burger and it was amazing: juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.
The service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town and craving classic comfort food done right!
My husband and I went here while visiting the area and our server Kaeli was wonderful. She does a great job!! The food was very good! Everyone was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

We were here late night. Our waitress was Makayla B .She is terrific. She was very mindful of making sure we were taken care .ask for her she is great .also the food was out quickly and tasted great .after a long day .will definitely keep going here when we are in the area ..

Wonderful. Food and service was spectacular. Server was amazing. Went extra mile. Food wonderful. Stuffed French toast strawberry's was so good. Carrey was an amazing server two days in a row. Always enjoy having her as our server and highly recommend her.

While the food was okay, it was overly greasy. After getting halfway through the burger, I had felt sick because if the grease content. I had also ordered it without mushrooms, yet there were a relatively large amount. We got checked on for refills once during our meal. We had needed help and it took 3 different attempts just to get our servers attention and even after our request, it took another 15 minutes before any results. The cleanliness was not good. The bathroom floor was like a slip and slide, there was coffee creamer on the ground around the table, etc. I would not recommend coming here
