Whoever came up with this..... genius. It says our server was Jacob B on receipt, but it was a girl with long blonde hair, a hat, and tye die shirt. Kelly maybe? Anyway, she was horrible!! Worst ever!! Sooooooooo rude!! Honestly the rudest I've ever had and WE LOVED HER!! Non stop laughs after a long day. One of the best dining experiences. I asked if she could stop coloring and take our order and she instantly came back so quickly to tell me about myself..... amazing. I deserved that. 10/10 recommend this place if you can take a joke and love raunchy humor, but not for kids.

So our waitress was amazing! The manager on the other hand had to be the worst manager I’ve ever come across. I understand we did have a huge party. He said he would have to separate us through out the restaurant and even though our kids were 13 they had to be with adults. We were still gracious and said we understood. The waitress gave us a large table and said we could have the smaller table next to it. Different servers but I said that’s perfectly fine. While she was showing me the tables a group of people took the smaller table. The waitress said oh my manager must have sent them. So I went to the manager and said we were getting ready to sit at that table. He said no we had to be separated. At the end of the day he wanted to break up our group as much as possible thinking we would leave. He claimed he’s gotten complaints of kids misbehaving at a place that warns people of all the misbehavior going on. So we were all separated and sat next to a table of adults throwing paper balls into our food. Did we complain? No. At the end of the day that manager shouldn’t be a manager and I felt he tried to do everything to make us change our minds of staying there. I thought the point was to have business. Maybe try the gatlinburg one because that manger for sure doesn’t want the business from actual paying customer who do buy appetizers, cocktails, meals and desserts. Find a new manager. I’ll be letting all the future Ripken teams to go to the gatlinburg one.

Our server was very rude. She threw napkins all over our table, loudly announced my son going to the bathroom and said “follow this boy if you need to poop!”, gave us hats with obscene sayings and gestures on them, charged us an annoying kid fee on the check, and tried getting my wife drunk. 10/10 recommend!

The food was just okay (which we expected), but you definitely don’t come to Dick’s Last Resort for the food—you come for the experience! The staff’s sarcastic humor had us laughing the entire time, and it was such a fun, memorable night. If you’re looking for a good laugh and don’t mind a little sass, this is the place to go.

We had so many laughs and had such a great experience. Our waiter Michael was so good with our little ones and made sure they could laugh at some of the jokes he made. I got the pork tacos and loved them. My husband got the Alfredo and said it was really good also!

This restaurant and service was what it should be for Dick’s! The food was okay; I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but it wasn’t something special. It wasn’t nasty, but it wasn’t filling either. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would love to go back! (:

This is the third Dick’s location i’ve been to, in 3 different States, over 29 years. And the best experience yet! Ask for Brandon! He was EXACTLY what I’d described to my family as an experience here! The manager was interacting with the guests and stopped by a couple times as well. I am a retired Food & Beverage Director, and this team is on the ball!
