I recommend this location at the Margaritaville Island at Pigeon Forge. Lots of fun with a great atomosphere. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was Alleen and she was clever and charming while busting chops the entire visit! The food was good and the drinks were cold and strong as advertised!

So I’ve been to several locations of Dick’s Last Resort and always had a great time. There was banter and laughs and teasing, etc… always a great time. To say I was disappointed in my experience at the Pigeon Forge location is an understatement. My daughter always wanted to go, so since we were in the area this weekend, I thought it would be a good time. The only difference is…. I don’t think our server realizes banter and bullying are different. The server made “jokes” about me being a single mom the whole time. Was yelling it over other tables. She also screamed at a baby to “shut that baby up”…. it was insane and made me so uncomfortable. Also, when I paid with cash… she asked me if I was a stripper…. in front of my 11 year old daughter. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the environment can be pretty “mean” but this was over the top. I’ve read the servers are supposed to be trained to keep banter at an age appropriate level, so why were jokes about strippers being made in front of my 11 yr old? My server even asked my daughter how old she was, so she was very aware. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and was so sad my daughter basically had to watch her mom get actually bullied the entire time. Avoid this location at all costs.

We had Anna as our server and she was AMAZING!!! Purposefully rude — and really good at it! Not for the sensitive, but unforgettable in the best way. Thank you Anna for such a great experience!

When I was younger my family would bring me here but at the Chicago location. I was upset, I was young and wanted to argue/fight my server. As an adult they’ve met their match. I appreciate the adult humor, am to pm. Our server was Cassandra D. & she was training. She was stellar. If you want the OG experience and also want to bring family. She’s the one to request. I appreciate the business model as an adult not so much as a child. Open late get ready to pay don’t come with empty pockets.

We had David tonight and he was the absolute best! He had great suggestions, and had our whole section laughing all night.

Jenny and Kelly were great! Food was great! The best part was the hats and glasses!!! 😂

Jenny is AWESOME! We come down a few times a year, and coming to Dicks to see Jenny is always part of the trip. If your in the area ask for Jenny at the bar.
