Ordering on the app is always easy and straightforward. This store was awesome though. From the time I placed the order, they were on it. The order was prepped and in the oven immediately, then once boxed and checked, it was out the door. Alexander was the delivery driver and he was not only polite, but called me 3 minutes out to give me a verbal that he was almost here. The pizza was hot, not warm, when I opened the boxes. The whole family was shocked the taste was better than our local Domino’s. I’m not sure why this store has a low rating, but my experience all the way around is 5 stars. Great job!

My boss and I originally ordered through DoorDash and DoorDash messed up our order. Put it as pick up when it was supposed to be delivered to our job. I drove out of my way while supposed to be working only to find out DoorDash completely messed up our order. Ended up wasting time and having to get a refund, only to have to order in store and have to wait for our order to be made. 0 stars for DoorDash!!!! Tracey was on register and was wonderful! Very understanding and helpful, she understood my frustration. 5 stars for Tracey and Dominos. DoorDash really upset me and 0 stars for them.

These guys did it right. Asked for extra suace on both the pizza and crust and they delivered. The new stuffed crust pizza is awesome.
As you can see by my review about how great I was treated by the Sevierville store the opposite about Brandon at the Pigeon Forge store. He is a joke of a manager. I ordered the pizza and after the pizza didn't arrive for an hour I called to find out the problem. BRANDON the manager was a smart ass and refused to bring the food to us unless we accepted the old cold pizzas he made an hour ago.Then hung up on us. I will never trade with Domino's again because of such treatment. The owners need to let this lower go work where he has nothing to do with the public in my opinion. 9ne very hungry disappointed customer.

Pizza was prepared quick and tasted ok. Presentation was one of the worst I have seen. Every slice was so uneven that I have no clue what was used to slice. I had to slice them again. Every pizza was full of brown big bubbles. They charge extra for pepper or cheese packets.

Since opening in the new location, I have been very satisfied with how they turned dominos around in pigeon forge. The old location was absolutely horrendous, the new location must be under new management and they are doing great to keep up with the insane amount of volume that this town has. Always have online ordering on and never have to wait past the pick up time. There’s always at least two people on staff and more during busy days and hours and they are quick and efficient.
