Downtown Flavortown

This was a must stop for us, and it did not disappoint! We were told it was about a 55 minute wait but by the time we parked and were headed inside, we got notification that our table was ready. It took us a little time to order because we just couldn’t decide, we ended up going with the smothered phat fries and the bacon mac & cheese burger. The food came out very quickly considering the crowd, and was delicious, I absolutely love the way that they serve the fries. Our server wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin our visit. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and honestly we haven’t stopped talking about it.

Server was attentive, but food was bland. Had high expectations.

The food and drinks are severely overpriced. The mac and cheese was tasteless; Kraft box mac n cheese has more flavor than what we had. The ribs and wings were good though; very saucy.
Our server was great however, if you've never been it's confusing where you need to go to get on the list for a table.
It's very loud, as expected. Like a smaller Dave and Busters without their delicious food.

I think Guy needs to call up Robert Irvine for an episode of Restaurant Impossible. I've been to Guy Fieri's American Kitchen and it was good. But Flavortown in Pigeon Forge was disappointing. We walked past a lot of dirty tables to be sat among dirty tables. And they stayed dirty the whole time we were there. The chicken avocado pizza was just OK. (We got it because a bar back home has a really good chicken avocado pozza so we wanted to try Guy's). The kids pepperoni pizza literally had four mini pepperoni sloces on it. And one fell off easily. Even the arcade was disappointing. It seemed like it was 80% claw machines. I would not recommend it.

This is the only celebrity restaurant I have been to that lived up to the hype .Everything I ate was absolutely delicious.

The food and atmosphere are great. Wonderful experience.

Food was really good. Had amazing flavor. But this place is pricey. Family of 4. 2 toddlers spent 100.00

Lunch came out hot and exactly how requested. Server was great! Families with kids would have a great time on the gaming side of the restaurant.

Similar to a dave and busters. The food was OK. Definitely have had better.

They offered a deal of four $50 arcade play cards and 4 entrees of your choice for $200. We had a great meal and hours of fun in the arcade. The ribs I ordered were fantastic and would love to return sometime.

My expectations were high for this one and was disappointed. Got a grilled chicken sandwich and I've had better from a drive threw. My wife ordered a strawberry daiquiri and she took a drink and about spit it out she hates orange juice and that's what it tasted like we told the waiter he grabbed it and came back with another and it tasted exactly the same he said it's made with margarita mix so that's probably why it taste like orange juice I told him there is no orange juice in margaritas and he said he doesn't drink so he wouldn't know. I've watched guy on TV for years so I expected something really good this was the worst place we ate the whole week we were there. And the prices are very high.

Great food kids menu was very well portioned. We got the trash can nachos and wow so good. There’s also an arcade inside and bowling. We did do the arcade and my son got 4500 tickets doing one game!! Would recommend for a family fun dinner event.

Really enjoyed the chicken BBQ trash can nachos & ice cold draft beer. That's a great way to have lunch over the July 4 weekend! We'll definitely be back.

our waiter joseph greeted us by saying “a table full of women? where did i go wrong?” so that was not a good start. he was running around the whole time and rarely stopped when we asked for things.

for positives, the food was good and the chef was very helpful with my girlfriend’s soy allergy. no wait for a tuesday in the middle of the day. just don’t get joseph for your waiter :/
