It was a neat place for a quick visit but I would not go again. The arcade was smaller than i exoected. The decor was nice and the music and videos were family friendly. Service was great and the nachos were ok but hard to mess up nachos. I would have liked more of the fresh elements of the dish to break up all the richness.

I've eaten All over the Country and at some of the other Food Network Chef's Restaurants & I was sooo Excited for Flavortown. I was just disappointed in the "Flavor" it definitely lacked seasoning which I absolutely did NOT expect ! Salt is Not something I use often anymore and the Mac&Cheese desperately needed it. The pulled pork on top was tender but had barely any flavor. I was just disappointed. That being said... The atmosphere is beautiful. The Service was Amazing and the portion size was Great ! The Arcade is very over priced coming from someone in the Arcade business & having to call an attendant because games weren't working is a hassle. Of course Prize selection is absolutely ridiculous for what You spend. It's the #1 thing I don't understand about Arcades... IF you want to overcharge for Game Play... so be it, I know what these machines cost but it's so easy in this day & age to give away decent Prizes for money spent verses points earned. It keeps Customers coming back & Playing.I'll definitely go back & try other options on the Menu because of the atmosphere & service ?

I ordered a crunchy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was very disappointed. Not much difference than a Mc chicken Would have enjoyed the McDonald’s more I’m sure. Where do you purchase your ketchup from? This stuff was terrible. Dollar store brand I am sure. Is that why it comes in little cup so you can’t see the brand?

Played our first round of duckpin bowling, so fun! Enjoyed beverages while bowling, including a special shake that was filled with so many unique ingredients that we've never had such a shake before: inside the glass, outside the glass, the edible straw and more!! Also enjoyed walking around the arcade section, the merchandise shop and the bar area, and took a pic of my husband next to a Fieri convertible replica. Fun place!Kid-friendliness: Arcade

The person who checked us in was kind of rude but everyone else was very kind and friendly! My husband and I shared the Montley Que Trash Can Nachos. They were so good!! We would go back just for those.

We were looking forward to dining at Flavortown in Pigeon Forge TN. We visited in early May and it was not busy. Our drink order was wrong then our food took a bit longer than expected to arrive. My wife ordered the pulled BBQ which was luke warm at best. I had the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was in need of more of Guy's famous Donkey sauce. Out of the mixed fries in the basket only the steak fries we good. The waffle fries were way over cooked and enidible

Not fit for human consumption!!!! The food was terrible ?. Ordered the donut burger and it was stale. Trash can nachos belong in a trash can . Nachos burnt and greasy. Appetizers pizza poppers were dry. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter was nice but when he asked how our food was I replied terrible and he smiled and said ok. Needless to say we asked for the bill and couldn’t wait to get out. And to top it off I got an upset stomach. Good luck if you try this place and may the force be with you because you’ll need it.

Went out for dinner in Pigeon Forge, TN, and stopped at Guy's place! Had his award winning Mac N Cheese Burger... and I can see why it won those awards! The smash burger was cooked perfectly and all the varied toppings worked amazingly well together. The brioche bun tied it all together! And all the varied fries shapes; waffle, regular, swirled, was the perfect side! An Arnold Palmer with sweet tea finished off the perfect dinner!Parking: No worry about finding an open space in the HUGE centers parking lot!
