This started out wonderful...... But somewhere along a shift change..... The little girl cleaning the tables kept trying to steal my back pack. After telling her twice that we were stepping out to smoke.... She kept trying. There were plenty of empty tables so we weren't occupying during any rush. I think she was literally trying to steal our stuff.... Wallet, keys, phones and whatever else we had on there. She managed to abscond with it and took it next door to the mellow mushroom. I was told by another patron, they finally got it. I immediately walked into the kitchen and luckily got it back before it could be pillaged. I have heard of tourists getting taken advantage of in this way but this is the first time it happened to us. Shameful.

Daiquiris were so good, especially because it was warm out. The bartender was not very friendly. We were from out of town(buffalo, ny), and you would think the bartender would interact with people sitting at the bar for the experience.

Rude to our party, we would not give any stars if we could. Host didn’t do their job and told us we couldn’t sit at the table. Kicked the kids out of the downstairs. Do not go to this place, it’s awful!!!

Ronda, Tyler, Amanda, Austin, and Jessice are the best. We have been coming to Dude's for over 5 years and we always get great service. We have seen the line go from zero to out the door in minutes, and these folks knock it out of the park to get everybody served quickly. We have also observed all the Karens and Brads over the years too. Some people just have to complain.

Bar tenders are more concerned about vaping and being on their phones. Sat here 15 minutes and got no service from the 3 bartenders. Spoke to manager and nothing was done.
Would have left less than this if I could. Bartender was very rude and short. Ended up giving him 15% but wish I wouldn’t have given one at all. Drinks were good but service sucked. Horrible bartender (darker haired older man with facial hair)

Your bartender was very rude and didn't give a chance to look over the menu to decide what we wanted just demanded our id's instead of offering a menu to look at Just so rude we walked out

Service so nice, we came back twice! Austin and Amanda are always spot on and quick to get what you need. Bar service is fast and friendly, lots of smiles and good laughs in a casual atmosphere. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. Had such a good time we insisted on capturing the moments.
