👎👎👎👎👎Almost 8 years visiting this place, they have always had the best service until this year, the new girl, the youngest, was helpful but it was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing, I think she even charged me the bag in the I brought my food, I always buy a dinner for myself and one for my daughter, and it's always the same food, I mean I already know the price…. But a couple of days ago I visited this place that girl charged me double the amount, I complained about the price because it was absurd to which she responded with an attitude that leaves much to be desired. He added something to my bill that I didn't ask for, I told him I didn't want that and he didn't care, SUPER MALLLLLLL Also the owners of the restaurant ARE GOING TO HAVE HOW YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE almost two dollars for a container of dressing?????? I always ask for extra because they don't serve my dish correctly. How are you going to charge for chips and red sauce when it's supposed to be part of the meal????????? Super bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Do the waiters charge a commission for placing the order to carry out? I think it is the client's option to reward? They never answer the phone after 6 or 7 at night, and for the first time that food caused stomach damage to me and my daughter... It's not the same place anymore, I wouldn't recommend it

I'm very disappointed!! 😔😔😔
We were looking for tacos all around, and we had a lot of different options. It happened to be that we chose this restaurant.
We ordered to go.
I know it was a holiday night, and there were a lot of people there, and they were preparing orders to go too.
They took like 30 or more minutes to prepare our simple tacos and quesadilla dishes.
No, what we expected at all!
Flavorless, cold, and not enjoyable.
Sadly 😥
No recommended and will not go back to this place.

The whole family agreed that this was the best Mexican restaurant food we have ever had. We got the steak, chicken, shrimp fajitas, the chicken shrimp platter with a cheese sauce and rice, and a cheese quesadilla. We went twice and the food was great each time. They had attentive servers and the chips and salsa were great.

The food was delicious. We came to Gatlinburg for a mini vacation and my daughter remembered eating here a previous year. She recalled it was the best food she had eaten, so we had to give it a try. We were glad we did.

The service is fast and polite. The food was delicious and fairly priced. If you’re looking for a great place to eat that won’t break your vacation trip fund, El Ranchero Loco is the place.

The service was good and the food was served hot, but the food was the blandest ethnic food we've ever had. 4 adults with different dishes and they were all bland and tasteless. Like so bland that not even sauces and hot sauce made a difference. It was not an enjoyable experience for us because of this.

Awesome and delicious authentic Mexican food. They have a good variety of entrees. They had lot’s of seating as well as lots of parking. We had the Pollo Loco and the Burrito Mexicana and both were delicious with a lot of flavor. There were other options that sounded great too. Staff were friendly and food came out fast. One draw back was the cleanliness of the restroom and locking of the door knobs. Free chips and salsa was a very nice touch. We’re definitely going to be back though.

Such a hidden gem! Small and quaint restaurant that gives home away from home vibes. The food is excellent, tastes authentic, and always comes out perfect. Each time my partner and I travel to the area we visit here and truly look forward to coming every time.
