My husband and I were staying at the Island hotel and chose to have lunch here on our last day. No wait to be seated, delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and good service. Definitely worth a visit.

Burger came out with ingredients that were not asked for. Vegetables tasted as if it was from a bag. Kids Mac and cheese was kraft from a box that looked as if it has been sitting.

This was our first time in pigeon forge. On our last night there we decided to go to pigeon forge island. We ate at Fins Bar and grill. Let me just say it was AWESOME!! We sat at the bar, had a couple of drinks, The Piña Colada was great!! We had the tacos, he got chicken, i got shrimp. They Where absolutely delicious, probably the best shrimp taco I ever had. They had so much flavor and was refreshing. But the best part of all was our bartender Blaire, is was absolutely the best. She made us fell so welcomed and comfortable. An absolutely joy to talk too!! Thank you Blaire for a wonderful first time experience. We will be back. 😊👍💯

We sat in the bar area. The atmosphere was okay. Probably the only reason I didn't give it a five is the menu was very limited. Both of us really liked the food though. I got the fish and chips. We would probably go back but not with a group due to the menu size and only if we were targeting a specific item that was on their menu.

It is so nice to sit here and people watch going to The Island and eat great food. The chicken wings were great and the Tennessee Pork Nachos are huge! Great service from Blair.

Service was awful. 2 hours to order and get food. Had to ask for things more.than once. Waited for check for 15 minutes. Food was ok. Burgers were good. Shrimp tacos good. Pretzel awful..overcooked and stale. Queso had film on it from.sitting out.

There are plenty of places to eat in the area, this one seemed to feel more higher-end than others. The food for lunch was excellent, had the flatbread and shrimp tacos. Both were very delicious. The amount could have been bigger, but was satisfying without being too much. The only disappointment was the drinks, the Margaritas were small in disposable plastic cups and over packed with ice. Go for the food though, and you won't miss. The location is great and they had the the large doors open to give it a tropical breezy feel while being in the shade.

It was a nice place to sit down. Food was okay and service was good. Some of our food was cold and they got our table mixed up with another one. Not to bad priced.

I waited 10 minutes before someone took my name and was unprofessional when they were not busy. We waited an hour to get our food because the new waiter never put our order in- my wife ordered a drink and she ended up asking the bartender (who was excellent by the way) who helped us out . He tried to give us the bill for another table and was overall just an awkward exchange and unfortunately seemed like he needed way more training. When the food did arrive half of it was inedible. My young child’s house salad was full of rotten vegetables and the whole rind of the end of lettuce and was disgusting. The fried green tomatoes were undercooked and my wife and daughter ended up not eating anything. The manager eventually came (thanks to the great bartender) but honestly it was too late at that point. Not only was it really poor service and wait times at 9 o’clock on a weekday, when we were one of the only customers but the food was unacceptable. We overheard other interactions from patrons complaining of the service as well. I would recommend avoiding until they fix these issues.

We had a great experience at Fins Bar & Chill! The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was tasty—especially the fries and Bavarian pretzel, which were both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back meal. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!

Great place to come enjoy a drink while at the Island in Pigeon Forge. One of the only places in Pigeon forge to enjoy a meal by the river. Their fish tacos are the best!

i’d like to be able to say something good about this place but i cannot. where do i even start. the server guy “luis” took half of the parties food and went full mia, and i understood it was a bit busy, we asked some manger i think? to get him for us and she said yes ( she went and hid behind the bar) so my dad had to get a new server ( didn’t give us her name) but was nice and tried to fix solution but ultimately failed to take everyone’s order. it has now been 1 hour and 45 minutes and i still don’t have my pepsi nor my steak… the big guy manager or owner was completely useless maybe because he had a peen up his. please people don’t come here if you have more then 5 people in a party..
