I ordered room service because we’re staying at Margarita hotel. I feel like when you charge premium prices you should deliver premium food. Both our chicken wings had broken bones (which I find disgusting and can’t eat) I asked for my wings to be extra crispy- they mixed it up- gave my husband extra crispy and me juicy wings. I asked for ketchup- they gave us 1 dab of ketchup with a container full of fries. I didn’t even bother sending it back nor calling. Although we were disappointed we wasted money - we may try them again. Should have ordered the shrimp.

I had a fantastic visit. The staff was very accommodating to having my dog with me. Amber was an excellent server! I appreciate how thoughtful they were when it started to pour, they made sure we were under the covered section. I will go back!

I had lunch here today. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. I were seated at a table. The waitress was very friendly and was very attentive to when I needed refills. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Sandwich with fries. The sandwich was delicious. The prices were great. I will definitely come back again.

Waitress wasnt very attentive for a party of 8. Food was OK. Green tomatoes were good, pork nachos were good, steak tacos were overcooked, fish and chips were over cooked, chicken tenders varied from undecooked to overcooked. Overpriced because of the name and location. If you can't get simple food right, how can you expect anything else would be good?

Waitress was rude and very unprofessional, not to mention 2 tales that came in after us received service before us. The food had no seasoning and was over cooked! On the bright side we did enjoy the music. First and last time to go there

Service was decent. The food was not! A little pricey for being overcooked/burned twice and not much flavor. The best part was the view.
We almost didn't come here because of the review average being a 3.9, but glad we did. We thought it was amazing! The service was great, food came out quick and the food was delicious! We had a Bavarian pretzel (huge! and sauces were light and yummy), shrimp salad (tons of shrimp) and fish and chips (light batter and crispy). I would highly recommend!!

Service was great, but food was unfortunately average for the price. Nothing tasted bad, but not worth what they were charging. Portions were below average maybe? 2 street tacos for $20 that were somewhat filling. Margaritas were good, but also not worth $10-15 for what you get.
