We had an excellent experience at this fire house subs. The woman at the register was very helpful and in a great mood, we ordered 5 subs and they were ready in about 7 minutes. The people making the food were very helpful when we asked for sides. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was one of the few reasonably price places we ate at in pigeon forge. The Men's bathroom was pretty gross but that's the only negative.

The sub was put together hastily with clumps of meat together. What bread is like white bread.
Bathrooms: Mens room was so filthy the sinks looked like they were never cleaned. No soap, no paper towels in rack to dry. We wouldn't have eaten here if we knew this first.

While this Firehouse location does get a bit busy, the service does not reflect that and orders did not seem backed up. I ordered a pickup order that was ready when I walked in the door, and the staff were very welcoming when picking up.
