2 cheeseburgers 1 fry took 35 minutes to get. The restaurant was not busy. The place was understaffed.

Clean store, great food & the service was great. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Burgers were delicious and we had more fries than we could finish! Will stop again while in the area.

This was the largest 5 Guys I've ever seen. There's enough seating for a hundred people, and it's not even cramped inside. It's a cavern inside.

The service was mostly excellent, except the middle aged fry guy who coughed and didn't even attempt to cover his mouth. The rest of the staff was doing great, though.

I have been to #5Guys before, and now I remember why I do not frequent the restaurant often. It was VERY EXPENSIVE for fast food. 3 people, 3 Burgers is one large order of fries was over $50! The burgers were very pressed and dried out and also lacked seasoning. The fries were amazing, crisp and flavorful with a touch too much of salt.
Over all next time I look for fast food, it will be a little less expensive.

Online orders say will be ready at 1030 but place doesn't open until 11. Food was really good but slightly expensive. It's a burger for God sakes not steak. Sat in the parking lot waiting until they opened, then still had to wait for food after they opened. Adjust your times ! I understand you open at 11 but dont make customers wait when u can easily fix that

Incredible food. Great service. May be a bit pricey but you’re not here to save money here in pigeon forge

Five Guys truly delivered an excellent experience! The food was incredibly good, living up to their reputation for delicious burgers and fries. What really stood out, though, was the service – it was absolutely awesome! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Came here on June 21,2025 and the food was great! Robert F was (and I believe he still is) such a wonderful service member and he was so passionate, devoted and kind. Love the vibe he gave us and appreciate it when he’s being patient and willing to explain to first time visitors! Deserves an “employee of the month” award!

We loved eating here for a quick spot during busy season. The staff were friendly, welcoming and the food was amazing. Only down side was the restrooms needed cleaned desperately.
