Justin is GREAT. Friendly, talkative, most importantly PATIENT when my 7 year old was talking my ear off while trying to order. He even cleaned the floor when busy. This was an amazing dining experience as the staff was friendly and kind. But Justin, he has great customer service. We need folks to be more like him!

Food was great. Good burger almost anyway you like it.
The hamburger I had was of average flavor. The fries were soggy and dumped all over the inside of the bag, the majority were outside the container. It just looks sloppy to me. It's all a la cart, so one pays dearly out of pocket for sloppy average fast food. I was not impressed.

It is always good to enjoy eating at the restaurant. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is quick and food is always fresh. Well worth the money.
The person taking my order was kind of rude and pushy. Prices are crrrrazzzy. The food was good though, so I can't complain about the taste.

At $42 for two burgers, a large fry, and two drinks, I expected a bit more. The food was fresh and tasted fine, but the facility could use some improvement. Unfortunately, none of the ten available tables were cleaned, with leftover food and grease on each one. It felt odd to be prompted for a tip at the register before we could even find a clean spot to sit. Since it was a counter-service setup—ordering, picking up, and cleaning up were all up to us—it wasn’t clear what the tip was meant to cover. The building itself shows signs of wear, especially in the bathrooms, where the paint is worn and visible dirt is present. A refresh and greater attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.

I went in the middle of the afternoon manager was there and three employees. I was the only person in the place. One guy finally took my order all I wanted was ff. So they put them in the fryer and I waited and waited they were all talking to each other about ? Who knows not work. Meanwhile a couple came in he took their order and never checked on my fries. Employees kept talking. Finally and I mean finally one employee went over and took the fries out and guess what they were dark brown almost black and hard. Tasted burnt. I didn't say anything because what would be the point. I'm not a Karen. Plus I was on my break and I was already gone 30 minutes with no one in the restaurant. Ridiculous how they don't care. Took the fries back to work and told what happened needless to say we won't ever go there again until manager gets with the program. She was to interested in playing grab ass with the Employees.
