OMG. we shared a sampler platter. For starters we were served a cast iron pan of cornbread with butter The sampler platter had meatloaf , pulled pork, greens and mashed potatoes. it came with a bowl of Brunswick stew and a side bowl of pinto beans. It was amazing. So much food for the value. We both left stuffed. The server was friendly and very attentive. I would highly recommend this stop while in DW. you won't be disappointed.

Waited forever for the food and then when it finally came the portions were meagre and the food quality was at most average. Go somewhere else in the park and skip this place.

The middling review is due to the restaurant having posted hours until 7 with both a sign by the door and in the Dollywood app, but on arrival at the door at 5:30 the staff stated they are closed. Weather was fine, so this was unexpected; the lesson to pass on is to have other options in case the theme park restaurant closes unexpectedly early.
Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever eaten, very disappointing 😞

This was the absolute worst restaurant I ever ate at. We got there at 11 it's suppose to open at 11. They were still setting up . It wass1120 when we got seated. The food was cold the beans sucked the greens came out of a can. We paid for our meal and left all the food there it was sickening.. it was not edible.

Food was terrible. We ordered the Meatloaf stacker. Dont order if u don't want a sandwich of all your food together, gross, gross, gross! Reminded me of a slop bucket on the farm. Half the meatloaf was burnt and not eatable, even if I wanted to eat it. I ordered green beans separately so I could have something to eat and they came out ice cold, not anywhere even room temp. Waitress, Christie was wonderful and I felt sorry for her because her tip depends on the food too, in this case I still tipped her well because it's not her fault the kitchen isn't doing their job, but these waitresses deserve to make a living too and it could affect their money and that's unfair.

Up until 2025 this was a great place to eat. BUT this year they changed the menu and did away with several meal. If you do not like beans and ham this is not a good spot anymore to eat

Not impressed at all. The turnip greens were clearly from a can, the “ham” tasted like lunch meat, and the cornbread was cold. They were very short staffed with only two people taking care of tables. The server was sweet but I would have much rather just gotten a hot dog from quick service than to spend $16 for canned food.

Wonderful southern comfort food. They have the best corn bread in the world, served in a cast-iron skillet!
This is definitely one of the best places to eat at Dollywood. 😋

The wife and I were their for 50 minutes before they brought out tge coffee we ordered when we ordered our drinks. We saw our food sitting in the kitchen for a while. The waitress brought out cornbread and threw on our table. We finally just left with getting what we ordered, and it wasn't too busy. I recommend the other food places.

I'm glad I went. I'll never go back, though. Made me glad I live in modern times. The food wasn't terrible but I can't really recommend anything

Horrible experience, but it was opening day. Took nearly an hour to receive food. Most was cold. Menu in app is vastly different than what is offered in restaurant. Just save your time and to some counter service festival food to get your calories.

This was an enjoyable, quaint, little restaurant in the heart of Dollywood. We were seated within a couple minutes at a table indoors and the service was very quick and friendly. I have allergies and asked for their allergen list and they were kind enough to bring me an entire binder to look through. I enjoyed the Pulled Ham Sandwich that came with pinto beans and kettle chips. I absolutely loved it! My husband ordered the Chicken Pot Pie and it was fantastic as well. Definitely a great homemade taste and feeling here. They serve skillet cornbread and butter as a complimentary appetizer as well. I definitely recommend dropping by here when you’re in the park!
