Very happy customer!

Placed an order back in Feb '24 for a cookie cake for my birthday & was made as expected but unfortunately I had to leave town before the store opened and was already paid for.

Called the store and spoke with the manager Chris and he said although he didn't think corporate would issue me a refund he would take my name down and the next time I was in the area he would have another one made for me.

After nearly 7 months, I called him back and he remembered who I was and was still willing to honor his commitment. Was finally able to pick up the cake a couple days ago & just wanted to share my appreciation for Chris at Great American Cookie for his understanding & willingness to take care of me. All around great service & highly recommend this location for all your cookie cake, cookies or ice cream needs! Thanks again Chris.

Called to order a cookie. The girl hung up not was disconnected. Then when my husband picked up cookie. He was told sorry the decorator is out sick and all I could do was wording on the cookie not the design you ordered. The wording looked like a child did it. When I called to ask why I was not called. I was told that I didn't order a design on the cookie. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was a shiftlead who did the wording on the cookie and I didn't request anything else,but would have the GM Call me. Noone has called me back. And I get the run around everytime I call. I will not be getting anything else there.

Great cookies, ice cream, and customer service! Danielle and Zander were both super friendly and even blended up our child’s ice cream for us so we could take it to go. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Got a cookie cake slice which had clearly been sitting awhile as the frosting was pretty hard & dry. The bigger issue though, was the cookie slice was far too thin to hold the weight of the frosting so it just folded down & fell apert when picked up. Seriously never seen a cookie this thin. It's as if the dough was rolled out for a thin crust pizza then they just decided to make a cookie instead. Flavor was ok. Pecan chewie just tasted like a chocolate chip cookie, which isn't bad, but couldn't taste any pecans. Prices were decent and employee super sweet.

Had a blast with my family this past week and we went to this location at least every other night to get cookies and ice cream. The staff here was so nice and did a great job moving the line and serving the customers. Like to give a shout out the young lady and young man that worked nights. Thank yall for yalls smiles and friendly service. We love yall and god bless.

I love working here place. GM makes ice cream homemade. I love making cookies, decorating cookies, making ice cream for customers. Meeting new people come in. Employees here are friendly work with. Very nice and friendly. Sam and Ann they are awesome.

We placed an order for a cookie cake over the phone, the biggest one you can order. Asked for a dark blue and orange border with a football and a happy birthday message. Went to pick up today and the open sign was off, as were all window/outside lights doors locked. Called a few times went to a full voicemail box. Knocked in the door, no one came. Went to the car and waited. Finally gave up and went next door to ask if the lady had seen anyone at the store, she said she hadn’t seen anyone and had tried to go herself earlier to get ice cream and no one would come to the door. Finally see a lady coming out of the bathroom and we began knocking. She came to the door and said sorry I had to use the bathroom… mind you this was about 20 mins after we arrived. She got our cake and it looks like a 3 year old decorated it. Wrong icing color. Whatever it’s for my kid and we needed a cake. I got a milkshake rang everything up and it was $80.96 I questions the price and she said “oh I made a mistake” she fixed it and after a 30/40min trip we finally got our cake. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and was there totally alone on a Saturday afternoon. We will take our business else where- we order about 10 large cakes from this location a year and have noticed the quality of cakes and staff going downhill at a fast pace. Only giving the extra star because my milkshake- even though I ordered a coffee shake ended up being a great chocolate shake ??‍♀️

Our experience here was great! We ordered cookies and an ice cream. The guy working there was welcoming & attentive. Fast, great service and the sweets are excellent! We highly recommend getting dessert here!

Great cookies. Haven’t had a great American cookie in a long time so I was super excited to get a bag of them. However, the lady working was in such a sour mood it threw the my whole experience off.
