I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. My family and I went to this restaurant and had the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had. When you go there ask for Jessica H as your waitress and be prepared to leave a very generous tip because she is absolutely wonderful at her job. Also, Shane, the manager, runs a great shift and knows how to run a restaurant. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Thank you Hard Rock for a great restaurant experience! Keep up the good work!
Sat for over 30 minutes to not even be asked what we want to drink. Left and got fast food to get to a museum in time, because at that point if I haven’t even been asked if I want water yet I assume I’m going to be there for at least 3 hours before I get my food. Don’t know if it’s servers or hostess fault but terrible. I bought the picture that was taking of us while waiting, that I regret buying now.
