We went last night for my husband birthday. We were very happy with the service and food..The hostess seating us was a young boy long hair and told us it was his first time doing that job. Well he was amazing!! He made us feel very welcome and was just the sweetest. When we were done eating we went to the gift shop and I was having a hard time picking a gift for my son so I asked him to help and he went above and beyond!! This is the service that will definitely make us come back...Thank you very much!!

Didn't even get to eat here, my partner and I walked in and got the table reservation and then canceled it because the whole place smelled like Body Oder so strong it was nauseous.

It was a great night with the Legendary Kincaid Band. Being a live band I'm sure a few people would have complained about how loud it was ( 110 peak on my decibel meter ) but it's a clean , managed sound. The sound engineer always makes it a great experience. Food was top notch as well as service from Steven. The band was great as always and the addition of Ms. Karina was a great choice and her choice of songs fit her style perfectly. Never miss an opportunity to eat here , especially when The Legendary Kincaid Band is playing..! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 of 5

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had a reservation, still made to wait. On top of that, after being seated, we were given menus and left. We sat for 15min and no service. We inquired for service and was told someone would be right out. We waited another five minutes. They never came. We left. We will NEVER go to the Hard Rock of Pigeon Forge again.

Upon entering, you'll see a cool place full of authentic musical memorabilia and, not-too-loud, rock and roll music. We had reservations so we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly with a festive New Year's Eve mood. She brought our drinks right away; they were good, our dinner was delicious and dessert was fantastic! She was always just a couple of minutes away, we never had to sit and wait for anything. Hard Rock Cafe is one of our favorite places! Also, it's a great place for the car shows, activities and of course dinner.

Our server Frances was awesome!! She told us she had closed the store in Gatlinburg and opened this store..The burger and tots were a great choice!! I will definitely be back.

I can’t grade the food as we never got to that point. We went in without a reservation and were told we could eat at the full service bar. My wife and I chose our seats and sat. We waited and waited and waited for about 20 mins. 2 bartenders made eye contact twice and never came to us; 2 other men sat about 5 mins after we arrived and were helped. Though it took about 10 mins for them. The female bartender approached and asked how we were doing; we asked for a wet cloth and she disappeared. We decided we had wasted our time and left. It’s the busy season here so staffing and preparation should be no issue. Do better!!!

We walked in and waited at the front to be told that there was a 45 minute wait because we didn’t make a reservation for two people and there were about eight tables open and clean. We were able to go to the bar but with two bartenders and eight people at the bar we got no help for 20 minutes. The bar was sticky and needed to be cleaned We were not given any menus or greeted for the whole time we were there.

Her demeanor was consistently polite. The nachos were notably flavorful, with the creme sauce providing an exquisite burst of taste. The steak was prepared to perfection; my request for cranberry sauce instead of A1 enhanced the dish with a delightful medley of flavors, perfectly suited for the holiday season. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the food quality was entirely commensurate with the service.
