Had a really great time. As a music fan the staff was very pleasant and encouraged me to take pictures of the memorabilia

We had to wait awhile to be seated due to lack of help which we understood. However, the lady that had manager under her name was very rude and kept giving everybody dirty looks. We were seated and our waitress was very kind and told us that they would be closing in August. We came here because my daughter has celiac and we visited three years ago and she was able to get a burger with fries and a gluten-free brownie sundae. They no longer offer gluten-free fries, but she had a burger and mashed potatoes- that she did not eat. The potatoes were sticky and tasteless. As for the brownie sundae, it is no longer an option. I am not surprised to see that this place is closing when they change their menu constantly. Hopefully when they close something better will go in.

Sad to see so many Hard Rock Cafes closing. There are still others I need to visit. I love the original concept. Corporate buyers changed a LOT of the coolness of HRC unfortunately. Still love it though.

Service is horrible, we put our number and name in there tablet for when our seats are ready but when they were ready we were right outside the front door so instead of texting the number we provided them, they gave our stage seats to someone else and sat us in the corner where we couldn’t see anything. Atmosphere would be nice if we could see it. Food was bad anyway like I’ve heard from many.

Food great, better than expected. Had to wait a little bit for a table but that was no big deal. Our server was incredible, very nice and accommodating.

Still a good ole classic place to go eat! All of our food was really good (6 people), and actually the price wasn't bad considering most places today.

By far the worst Hard Rock I've been to. Not anything like what you are expecting out of a hard Rock. Food and music were poor.
Stopped in for merchandise. Was told they are closing Aug 31 2026. Better go before they close.

Food is good and predictable, the one thing I really wanted was a Zippo from here, I never got one as a kid and always wanted to get one.
If y'all happen to see this and respond, the person at the souvenir counter offered to mail one. I'd love that.
Thanks. -E

Tracy was our waitress and she was phenomenal! She was quick and very sweet! We were there on our daughters make a wish trip and they gave my daughter her food for free and a huge dessert that fed four. Tina was incredible as well! We are very thankful for the both of them

Mixed drinks suck. Salmon was overcooked and I have NEVER been served a short green bean/corn/tomato medley as a side with Salmon the taste and appearance was just BAD!
