Sat for over 30 minutes to not even be asked what we want to drink. Left and got fast food to get to a museum in time, because at that point if I haven’t even been asked if I want water yet I assume I’m going to be there for at least 3 hours before I get my food. Don’t know if it’s servers or hostess fault but terrible. I bought the picture that was taking of us while waiting, that I regret buying now. Wish I could get a refund for the picture, it’s not even a memory we didn’t even get a drink there.

Stopped by for dinner on vacation Saturday and managed to watch josi j and dessert play!! Loved the music and the food was so good!! The atmosphere is amazing!!!

I had the nachos at Universal Studios and couldn't wait to get them again at a Hard Rock Cafe. They were really good but not near as good as Universal.

Food all arrived at the same time except one meal which seemed to be forgotten or lost. The single omitted meal arrived a good 10 minutes later when the others in the group were already finishing theirs.
Other than that, no complaints. Live band was starting as we were leaving, so check when you book if you want to enjoy the live music or not.
Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options. Nothing exciting, but there for vegetarians if they are with a group.
