This place was fun. They had live music throughout the week. The food and service was good. I very much enjoyed this location. Earlier in the week it was really busy because they had a mustang show there.

Great place for good food. Pricey, but large portions so it balances out. Nachos were great and the spring pasta is yummy ( veggies needed a bit more cooking though honestly) pepperoni flatbread had a great cheese pull, and the BBQ pork sandwich was delicious as well. Staff is friendly and helpful

We came in for a truck show and our group has some people in here eating or drinking. We sat at the bar and barely no one was here. We sat for 10 minutes before getting menu's and that's because I had to ask for them. Only to have the bar tender get pissed at us. About 5 minutes later and said what do you want... my Buddy was ordering his food... she's like no to drink.. and then walked away from us for another 5 minutes until the second bar tender came over and took our order. Manager and the second bar tender were very nice. Katlynne the one bar tender had a bad chip on her shoulder and wouldn't serve us. Service was rated 1 star for the one bartender not the other one pr manager.
It's a hard rock Cafe, the prices are high in as it is a tourist trap. Drinks are overly priced and so is the food. The Bangkok shrimp is alright.

Went on a short weekend trip to enjoy some family time. I’ve came to this restaurant every time I’ve visited pigeon Forge. I’ve really like there food and service til march 29 of 2024. I had a server named amber she was a white lady with blue hair. She had add a tax that no one has ever heard off called a non alcoholic beverage tax. Which neither I or the locals heard off. She had stated that “ it has always been a thing and welcome to pigeon Forge”. Had called the restaurant and even people working there said that they have never heard of it. This place can NOT be trust anymore. If you’re a tourist I highly recommend to not come here. They said that they couldn’t do anything about it. If you go make sure to keep your receipt if you run into this problem. Who knows how many people this has happened to.
