Horrible. Food was cold when given to us. We didn’t receive any condiments, straws or silverware. The food was garbage. Pop also way too watered down, couldn’t taste the Pepsi.

If I could give a negative star I would’ve!!! This is the 2nd time we’ve been there. First I thought it may have been bc they were busy (5 customers) but today it was empty. 3 cars at drive thru, no one in lobby but us! Brown haired girl asked if she could take my order and as I asked a question, she walked away to bag food for drive thru guy. Had to ask again after she came back. Never got the answer! When she finished helping the drive thru guy, she came back to take my order. After I paid. Walked away without saying ANYTHING! We got our drinks and stood back to wait on our food. I looked up and a bag was sitting on counter. I walked up and yelled “is this ours” bc she was at drive thru talking with the guy. She never answered so I put my hand in bag and read receipt! I asked again “is this mine and can I get ketchup”. She never came back. I yelled into kitchen and the cook answered me. Rude service! Always!!! Rude rude and rude!!!!
