Very rude management there by biscuit was hard as a rock took it to the counter dropped on the counter to show them it was hard when first of all they should of never sent it out to anyone as hard as it was. The manager they barely had any teeth was being a smart ass saying I'm not putting up with that u all can go somewhere else the only thing I wanted was a soft biscuit. When they shouldn't of even gave it out in the first place so my sister said we are paying customers and we are so there for you managers shouldn't be smart butt's. So another manager comes up and acts like he's a big shot and tells us to leave when me and my family including 4 kids was trying to eat breakfast. I told them I wasn't leaving because me and my family was eating so he said call the cops. They called the cops and said I through my biscuit at th first of all dropping my biscuit on the COUNTER ISNT THROWING IT AT THEM. The cops came and told us to leave but before we left and the cops came in I told them sorry for wasting there time over a hard biscuit that if the MANAGER THAT HANDED ME THE BISCUIT FELT IT HE SHOULD OF NEVER HANDED OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I HOPE YOU ALL MANAGERS FEEL GOOD ABOUT URSELF FOR CRYING OVER A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THERE BISCUIT BEING HARD. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I HOPE THE MANGERS AND THE HIGHER MANAGERS FEEL GOOD ABOUT HOW THEY TREATED THERE CUSTOMERS. I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A LOVELY DAY KNOWING YOU CALLED THE COPS ON SOMEONE FOR ASKING FOR A SOFT BISCUIT INSTEAD PF A BISCUIT SO HARD I COULDNT BITE IT. I GUESS THEM CALLING THE COPS THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE SCARED AND GET UP AND LEAVE WE DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL WE WAS ALMOST DONE. THIS WAS VERY CHILDISH CALLING THE COPS OVER A MANAGER GIVING OUT A HARD BISCUIT.

Placed mobile order. Was told when I got there that they were out of part of what I ordered. No offer of substitutions and was told I had to go to the mobile app to try to get a refund. Employee was rude and basically didn't care. So only part of my group got their breakfast because I had no time to go elsewhere.

What can I say other than top notch service! These hard workers serve thousands of people from Locals like my fiance and I to people from all of the world visiting here. I know we look forward to seeing our favorite breakfast club friends every single morning 🌄 we pull up and we always ask for a soft biscuit for my biscuit and gravy and they know the rest because we get the same thing every morning but these guys still find a way to make it a great experience each morning we ride through! Praise God for this hard working Hardee's Crew!

The food was fresh and hot. It did take a while to get it. They only had three people working. One taking orders at the window, one taking orders at the counter and one preparing food. This store was very busy, the staff did an amazing job.

Restaurant is clearly understaffed. Took us 25 minutes to order at the register. I would expect a better staffed restaurant on a holiday weekend in one of the busiest tourist spots in the country. Maybe I’m too optimistic.

Front cash register worker Annie, was the rudest person I think I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Absolutely horrible customer service. I realized she was entering a biscuit instead of a sandwich on toast, so when I clarified she basically yelled at me that I needed to clarify that when ordering. I politely said that’s what I was doing when I mentioned I how I noticed she entered biscuit instead of sandwich. She rudely interrupted me again and told me very loudly that she had to start all over. She proceeded to interrupt me and not allow me to speak even when she kept asking me a question. Not sure how she wanted me to answer if she wouldn’t let me speak? Absolutely ridiculous. Rude. Put her in the back if she doesn’t know how to speak to customers.
